We loved our stay at Aria. The property was clean and well designed. The availability of food on site was an extra bonus. The views were fantastic.

The hotel was modern.

The staff were mostly awful. They are not helpful and in a couple of occasions, actually very rude. The worst part is they charged the wrong card on check out without my consent.

Wait times at the poker tables. I think if your a hotel guest you should have some sort of priority on a list to play. I know that wouldn't be easy to figure out how to do that but it would be nice.

Very spacious room with good furnishings and a lovely bathroom. We enjoyed a pleasant view through expansive windows over the pool, to the rear of the building. A fairly minor hiccup (one of the lights would not turn off) was attended to fairly speedily with minimum fuss. Any interaction with staff was professional and pleasant. The food options are plentiful.

Convenient location was close to a lot and close to the airport. The concierge was very helpful when my room safe was broken & got it fixed. (the "chat" concierge wouldn't send someone unless I was in the room which was difficult with scheduling during a conference for 12+ horus a day.

The room was fine from a size/comfort standpoint, but it was horribly dirty and had wads of hair and grime in the shower, bathroom counters, floor, etc. I expected more from a property of this stature

I loved the room. It was beautiful and clean and I loved, loved, loved the gym. I just wished it was open 24 hours so I could go super early and beat the crowd. I liked that I could leave the guest elevator and go to the convention center without being in the casino.

Smoke in the casino but I did like that I was able to stay away from it coming out of the guest elevators

No late-checkout, hidden nonsense resort fee of 50 USD per night. From the strip the hotel room is at least a 10min walk, due to the distance from the strip street and the size of the hotel.

Everything was extremely cynical. Almost all the staff came across as though they were completely disinterested and would rather be somewhere else. Value for money was shockingly poor. You have to queue for everything - except slot machines. No tea or coffee in the room - standard in other places AND THEY EVEN CHARGE YOU IF YOU DARE TO PUT SOMETHING IN THE FRIDGE!!!!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer (Eck-Suite ohne Strip View) war von der Grösse her in Ordnung. Man hat ein relativ grosses Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, dafür aber ein relativ kleines Schlafzimmer.

Wir waren vor 2013 schon einmal im Aria und hatten das gleiche Zimmer (Eck-Suite ohne Strip View) was uns damals sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und leider haben wir dieses Mal eine Eck-Suite auf der 4 Etage bekommen mit Ausblick auf die Zufahrt vom Hotel Vdara, was nicht sehr schön war. Auf meine Frage ob wir ein anderes Zimmer in einer höheren Etage erhalten können, habe ich leider keine Rückmeldung mehr erhalten obwohl uns gesagt wurde, dass man sich darum kümmern und sich bei uns melden wird. Auch konnte man an einem Abend die Vorhänge (funktionieren elektrisch über das Display) nicht mehr schliessen. Ich habe mehrmals mit dem Hausdienst telefoniert und das Problem geschildert. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass man das System rebooten muss und die Vorhänge nach 10 Minuten wieder funktionieren. Als das nach über eine Stunde immer noch nicht funktioniert hat, musste ich dann zur Rezeption gehen wo mir dann zum Glück ein Techniker auf das Zimmer geschickt wurde, welcher das Problem lösen konnte. Weiter verlangt das Aria eine zusätzliche Resort Fee von USD 50.- was man beim buchen mitberücksichtigen muss.

The Air Conditioning in the room was terrible. We had to go buy a fan. They put the thermostat right under the air vent so it thinks it's cold when it's not. Also, lots of smoking in the hallways outside our room and in the Casino. We thought the Aria was a non smoking casino

The pool and spa were wonderful. I enjoyed the fitness center and casino.

The bed was not very comfortable and my partner and I both had a lot of bug bites in our feet and ankles.

The check in and out were fast. The problems in the room were fixed quick. The controls of lights and curtains from one central tablet. The privacy/clean buttons are great to have.

Judith, pool server, was exceptional. She was pleasant, caring, fast, helpful. I can't say enough about her excellence.

Gentleman at check in said for us celebrating our birthdays, he would give us a $50.00 voucher but it did not show up on the final invoice.

The room size and set up, gym, spa and restaurants were all first class.

Love the hotel:comfortable beds, clean, spacious, shower and bathtub, private restroom. Amazing selection of the restaurant, cafes and coffee shops. Fun pool area and pool party area.

Small fridge and inability of using the fridge. Liquid pool missing some comfortable beds or seats.

Central location, great dinner and breakfast options close by. Very easy transport options from the hotel around the strip Staff and check in friendly.

Our room was not clean. Dust on the table, mirror, and the frame of the bed. Also found in the room a plastic cap from a toothpaste on the floor that was probably from the previous clients. After the first day when we came back in the room we didn’t had any bathrobe anymore… called reception and they confirmed the cleaner probably forgot to bring new ones. Also they mentioned it wil take @ 2 hours to get new ones. We are talking about 10.30 pm The small table in the room was dirty on the side , something like icecream or some kind of cream!
