Nice place to stay in Cedar Rapids

The room I was given was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was well provisioned and it may sound strange, but the bath towels were some of the softest and fluffiest towels that I've come across in all my years of travelling and staying extended periods at hotels.

The channel selection available on the TV in my room was very limited and I couldn't access Netflix or any other streaming service to provide more viewing options.

Safe, friendly place to stay in a pinch when visiting Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

The staff is wonderful, accommodating and kind. There is a nice backyard area for groups to hang out at night with grills. Free breakfast and coffee.

Breakfast wasn't very good and the rooms were just okay when it came to cleanliness. I just felt like the carpet was dirty. The breakfast area is small and closed in. It was very expensive for a mediocre stay.

Check in was horrible they didn’t have my reservation set it took over a hour. The staff did try there best to solve the matter but for the hour of inconvenience and headache nothing was offered off or a free nights stay

The room was comfortable, pool water is heated well, and we don't eat pork/red meat so it was nice to see plenty of options for breakfast

There were 3 times when I had gone to the front desk and waited around for help. One of those times had been later in the evening so I understand that staff may have been short and busy. Otherwise, we had a bad smell coming from our bathroom but the bathroom looked clean and we didn't see anything that seemed to be the issue.

booking.com received my complaint & now wants a copy of my bank statement…..for their screw up?

super friendly & helpful service (breakfast ladies & front desk lady) She spent quite awhile searching for a reservation that booking. com never made for me. she was very patient & sweet. premises very clean👍

booking.com did not reserve a paid room for me there…..I had to pay again for a room. Still trying to get credit card refund for booking. com’s mistake.

Staff was exceptional. Room seemed very clean. Love the room darkening window shades. So much better than heavy dirty drapes. Great shower head style and spray settings. Room furnishings are perfect for my needs.

A little more ambient noise from other normal room activity than I would prefer.

Staff was great and room was clean!

Our tub didn't drain properly so filled up while taking a shower. Not always fun to be washing in your own dirt.
