Staff was nice.

The room next to ours the couple was fighting all hours of the night, slamming the door, and yelling in the hallway. She was also found sleeping on the stairs. The bath tub was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable. We stayed back in August and it was nice, quiet, clean, and the beds were much more comfortable on the 2nd floor. Not staying again. Was very unimpressed especially because we stayed in a king suite.

The only staff that I came in contact with was absolutely amazing. I did not catch her name but she was very attentive and seem to enjoy her job even though she was there for three shifts in a row it looked like, she checked us in that night then the next morning she was there helping with breakfast and then she was back in the afternoon and then back in the morning I'm not sure if she ever left but that didn't stop her from still giving amazing service.

I understand that they are short staffed at the moment as almost everybody around is, but cleaning stuff does need to pay a little closer attention to the cleanliness in the rooms. I found crumbs underneath the pull out sofa and there were also fake flower petals that were left in the drain of the tub. Other than that everything was pretty good but they do need to probably replace the tub in the room it looks like it's been repaired a couple times and I think it's time for a new one. I think it would be a pretty good hotel it just needs a little bit of renovation .

Check in was smooth. She was very thorough and personable.

An employee who wasn’t working was all over the breakfast. She loaded her plate with biscuits and gravy and emptied the eggs on to her plate. All while reaching over, around and in front of guests. She seemed very nonchalant so it’s obviously the norm. Oh well, very poor optics!

Location was good. It provided a place to sleep and shower. Nothing else available in the area at the time.

The rooms stunk, there was garbage under the air conditioning unit. I got another room when getting to the hotel as I found an anal plug wrapper hanging out from the box spring. The curtains were covered in something I didnt want to touch. I got an apology and some snacks for my trouble, but that was it, no discount on the rate or anything. Staff was mostly freindly.

I loved the whole experience, just being in room was a dream.

Everything was great. Staff was wonderful and our stay was very comfortable.

Breakfast was the only good thing about our experience here. Sandy the lady that takes care of it was wonderful. Also another gentleman named Chris was great also. Literally only a few of ladies at front desk were pleasant.

A few of the front desk girls were very rude not helpful, made me feel like I was a bother. Check in started out ok but turned when I said the price did not match what you had given me. Her attitude changed then. Next morning we had a major disaster in our room. The toilet became unattached to the floor and pipe came put of wall and water went everywhere in the room out to hallway, down two floors to the dinning area. The one maintenance man the second time. He was startled to see me like were was I supposed to go I'm standing there I my night clothes. He accused me of breaking the toilet and causing this disaster. Poorly maintained property and you blame the customer. I was horrified. He never asked if I was ok what he can do to help me get out of this flooding room. I was so dumbfounded and upset. I was in tears and then I stared to get very angry at the complete lack of compassion of this places employees. When this happened I first called the front desk to get help. She non chalantly said I'll send maintenance up. I then lifted any thing of theres off the floor electrical put up to keep it from getting wet(floor lamps, cords ect.) My mom vane up and stood out side the room and grab one of her robes and lets get of the room till some thing to help us. So I'm sitting down in the lobby horrified that we was literally being ignored. I went over to the desk and asked what was going to happen. She NOT nicely commented we'll let you know when we have another room for you. I get they needed time to process but again absolutely NO COMPASSION!! No asking if we were ok, could they get or do anything to help. We were so humiliated and embarrassed sitting there with no were else to go in my pajamas in front of all the employees just looking at us and other customers seeing us dressed like this. What was to be a wonderful weekend to visit for my grandsons 1st birthday was a disastrous beginning.

This place is Amazing, Nice clean rooms, The staff.. Well let's just say they were Outstanding.

I have fallen in love with Comfort Inn. It's become like my second home.

Liked everything. No problems except the TV basically only received one channel.

Adequate. Would have liked hot gravy but rest was adequate.

I didnt like checking in and being given a nasty, dirty room with smelly, spoiled food, lots of it, in the refrigerator, broken arm on the desk chair, phone that would not quit flashing and with buttons missing, little to no toilet paper. After complaining to front desk, we were moved , by our own hand, to another room which was not a whole lot better. Had we not been so tired, we would have been gone. And after the desk clerk promising we would hear from the manager who was off on the day er left.never even heard from the manager.

Breakfast was great and had a lot of options.
