Overall a decent experience, I can’t complain too much. I just had different and higher expectations from this hotel bas

We had a quiet stay and the bed was pretty comfortable. The price was a bonus as well.

Room and bathroom were smaller than expected, and we had to wait a bit for someone to come to the front desk to get us checked in and out.

The layout was good..breakfast was good..

The housekeeping was horrible..we stayed 4 nights and they never once did anything to our room. We had to remove our own garbage and get towels and other items

It’s a great hotel

The breakfast was good. It’s always hot when it’s time for me to eat breakfast. The location was great. I more people should come and experience the cleanest of this hotel.

The office staff is very nice. They make sure the guest has everything they need. when I need anything, all I have to do is go up there to the office and ask them they always provide me with everything that I need

I was bet disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms and the poor customer service that we were given.

The beds and pillows were comfortable.

It was not clean. There were stains on my sheets and at least 3 long black hairs on the sheets. My hair is blond. There was mold on the shower curtain. There was paint lifted on the bottom of the tub like someone painted over the tub and the paint was peeling. There was also a red stain on the carpet. The hallway had a bad odor. When I called to have the sheets changed I asked for ALL of the linen to be changed. They tried to put clean sheets on but put the same dirty comforter back on the bed. I’m glad that I waited to make sure it was done right but I had to spend the first 30 min of my trip with my family in the car waiting on me to get the bed changed.

Enjoyable

The beds were very comfortable. We couldn't figure out how to close the blinds. Our sleep was interrupted by the sun. Upon leaving we realized there was another layer of curtains smh!

The breakfast was terrible powder, eggs, and hard biscuits.

Been more clear I’ll try to book a room with the Jacuzzi but booking.com and the hotel is misleading on booking.com about the room

Had bed bugs, ceiling leaked water triggering motion lights all night, found razor blade, and found drug residue on the microwave tray.

Do NOT stay here facilities are TERRIBLE

Only thing I can say is location was convenient for my mom's surgery at the near by hospital otherwise it was NOT worth what they had us pay for the one night stay....

Hated it the facilities are terrible shower was small beds were rock hard, bathroom was extremely small like whenever you open the door you were at the toilet... Tv didn't get any channels in microwave in our room didn't even work and the coffee and creamer that was in our room was expired. Breakfast didn't have boiled eggs or cold milk and the juice had mold in it!!!!!

I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again

Breakfast was ok

The confirmation number didn't work, one room had bugs in the bed, and holes in the wall, and the bathtub/shower was terrible, with no toilet paper, no towels, and no soap or shampoo.

They meet the low expectations of hotels today.

At least they provide breakfast. Meets minimum expectations today. Eggs are awful, sausage is good. Oatmeal in a bag is bad.

Provide room service. Post covid era sucks. They charge more and provide far less service. Never paid $190+/night at a mid-level hotel in my life before. Note: Pre-covid, I spent 100+ nights/year in hotels. Never again, probably 10+.

Disappointing

Bed was comfortable .Breakfast was ok.

The bathroom toilet flooded our room ,they moved us to a different room .TV didn't work .The coffee pot had water with mold on it in it .the first room didn't have any towels or wash clothes had to ask for them. The second had 2 sets in it .I reserved 2 rooms and they weren't close together either .
