It was cheap but you pay for what you get.

Nothing. The air conditioner doesn’t work. The beds are hard and the place needs to be remodeled. Doors are raggedy and paint chipped out of date. Ants in the room.

Did not feel like it was a good value for the price paid.

Staff was pleasant. Parking was easy.

Room was clean, but worn/dated. Bathroom was clean, but very banged up. Unless latched, bathroom door would swing open and hit me on the back while I was standing at the bathroom sink. Shower curtain barely adequate. Room lighting was dim. No breakfast offered.

Enjoyable.

Premises were very nice.

There was no breakfast in the facilities. A walk around the hotel provided very little in terms of stores. You had to drive everywhere.

The place was fine. In particular Diane one of the front desk staff was excellent. Top

My daughter and service dog and I were comfortable.

The stay is comfortable and the staff were all very welcoming and polite. The room is cozy and large enough to move around in a wheelchair.

The room smelled of stale smoke and I had to go purchase a wax warmer in order to improve the smell of the room. Additional spray bought to spray room as well. Upon exiting the back of the hotel where you are to take your pets to designated area there is not a ramp for a chair to get down. I actually had to get out of my chair to physically pull it back up on the sidewalk and ended up twisting my thumb and hurting my wrist. I'm an amputee above the knee on the right leg and I had to go completely around the front then to back with out safety of a sidewalk and in a wheelchair. A ramp for wheelchairs should be off the backside of the hotel to accomodate those with service dogs.

We were very disappointed this time. We have stayed in several Candlewood Suites, even this one.

The price was okay.

The room was nasty and smelled like mildew in which we told the front desk and asked for another room. Was told that another room was not available and was given some spray.

For the price and everything else NOT worth it.

Overall the property was clean and organized.

The STAFF was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL both at check in and check out. I plan on telling everyone I know NOT to go here unless unprofessional staff is okay with them. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ONE OF THERE PROPERTIES BECAUSE OF THE STAFF.. I have stayed at several properties in the area at various designs, price and location but never have the staff treated me this way. I am a very quite easy going person so it takes a lot for me to complain.
