Excellent

The shuttle to the hospital was excellent and the staff were so friendly and good at their jobs

I was using Google Maps and it does not tell you to stay to the left and take the local streets to get to the hotel so I ended up on 35W down to Lake Street and back up Chicago. I talked to several other guests that they said the first time they came there that happened as well. Maybe contact Google maps and ask them to update their directions

Very disappointing. Booked on the assumption parking and breakfast were included and neither was and were very overprice

Decent place to stay the night.

If you wanted to park you had to pay 35 dollars for valet parking there was no regular parking. Online said breakfast was included but when you got there you had to pay 15 dollars for breakfast. Pool was very cold

I felt so comfortable during my stay I will be coming back

The location was central and the atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable during our stay

The atm in the lobby didn’t work and charged me $30 approx. but it reimbursed me for the fees a week later and it was directly reimbursed into my bank account.

Close enough to walk to us bank, friendly staff, decent rooms!

Close enough walk to US bank stadium which was nice since we were there for a concert!

A little bit dated but still nice. Not everything worked in our room.

Excellent staff. Hilton always had the best pillows and beddings

Nah am Convention Center - Rest ok, aber zu teuer

Die Lage direkt am Convention Center war in diesem Fall super. Erreichbarkeit mit Public Transportation von MSP auch super. Frühstück für US Verhältnisse auch gut, aber immens teuer. Pool und Fitness-Raum klein, aber ok.

Der Preis ist viel zu hoch für das was man bekommt!

It was okay.

It was nice I liked the area . Bed was comfortable.

It okay , my room furniture had a lot of dents or cracks and the shower in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. The staff just had this weird vibe with me. All she did was check me in and didn’t really tell me anything about there breakfast or parking. There was this one guy who was just always stared at me and I had got snacks from down stairs and he handed me a bag to put them in by myself. Staff were just rude. I had a housekeeper try and come in my room and I didn’t even check out .

Location is terrible.

It was literally right across from an abandoned building and that was the view I had out my window. Nor did it have any parking and I had to pay extra just to park /valet my car. It wasn’t as advertised.

Minneapolis was cold, icy and snowy during my stay and I loved to take a hot bath at the hotel.

I did not have breakfast - I am vegan. I liked the fact that my room had a bath tub and a coffee maker.

The restaurant only had overpriced and very unhealthy options

It was close to where I was going.

Parking was a mess. Valet was overpriced to have them park my vehicle 50 ft from the front door and then take 30 minutes to retrieve it.

we came 3 hours early to park our car (they only have valet) and they said they could check us in early with no fee so w

we came for a Vikings game and it was within walking distance! and felt like a safe location downtown.

a little confusing to drive to. the intersection in front of the hotel was very tricky to navigate through.

Quality room, friendly staff

Friendly staff, valet parking, decent breakfast, good location. Hotel restaurant had basic food but it was well made.

There were no blankets on the bed, just a very light coverlet over the sheet, which was not adequate for winter. It had snowed 10" 4 days before and they had not plowed their lot out yet which made navigating the lot and finding the driveway to the hotel difficult (especially for a friend with a walker). No information about the restaurant or menu in the room or online. Be aware that the driveway is not marked, you drive into a small neighboring lot, and if you miss it you'll be driving a couple of miles to get back around.
