Convenient and comfortable

Breakfast had both hot and cold options. Staff was friendly. The hot tub and pool were great after long hikes. Bed was very comfy. Location was not far from grocery store, restaurants, and main road.

Check-in took over 30 minutes which seemed a bit long. There were a fair number of folks checking in at the same time (about 2:00 pm) and only one front desk staff but it seemed someone could have come out to assist for a few minutes. The carpet in the room held smells from a pet so deeper cleaning of carpet after a pet's stay is recommended.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good.

The pool. I picked the hotel for the pool and it was disappointing. It was too hot in the pool area. The slide did not work. It was not the cleanest either.

I did not get the so tub I was promised when booking the room and the hot tub at the pool was a terrible experience. I w

the bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was good.

I did not get the room I booked online. I was supposed to get a room with 1 king size bed and a spa/hot tub in the room. I ONLY booked the room for the spa tub in my room. When I arrived to my room, room number 106, there were 2 king size beds and no spa tub, just a regular tub with a shower. The front desk said they did not have a room with a spa tub. I went to the pool area to use that hot tub and the chlorine was too high, it burned my eyes. The water in the hot tub was not hot enough. There were no extra towels at the pool either. I got in the hot tub again when it opened at 8:00am. The hot tub was even colder than it was the night before.

Poor

The rooms were spacious.

The pool was disgusting, it was shut down for most of our stay. The stairs to the slide were rusted and super unsafe. The water in the hotel.was also shut off for a while, at that point we checked out and ended our trip early. It was super disappointing. The phone in our room did not work.

Except for one bad interaction with staff, a great stay.

Great breakfast; clean, large rooms; fun slide for the kids.

I was threatened to be kicked out of the hotel because my car alarm was going off and waking people up. When I was made aware of it at 4:20am, I found that someone had tried to break into my car. The person who threatened me never apologized. I am a woman and was traveling alone with my kids and senior mother. Very shocking.

Kids love the pool, slide and baby pool!

Breakfast was alright, not wonderful. No waffle or pancake thing available even though it said it was. Cinnamon rolls were awful and are a waste of offerings and space.

Better breakfast choices, pool area could have been a bit cleaner and updated.

. We picked this place because it had a hot tub. We weren't told beforehand or at arrival that is wasn't in working order. I needed it for medical reasons, and that was very disappointing.

The man who worked at the front desk was absolutely exceptional!. He was the highlight of our trip! We also lovr the water slide. The man working truly deserves a raise and an award for outstanding customer service ❤️

In town to visit family.

The room was great. Very spacious.

When we went down for breakfast there was very little left to choose from. It was very busy and crowded in the small space were food was. No vending machine.

It was a comfortable and well located facility.

The breakfast was excellent. The beds comfortable; all was clean.

Our only complaint is the noisiness of the heating system. The room was very cold when we arrived. The HVAC unit kept going on and off all night right next to the bed.

Not worth the money or time.

Breakfast was fine. It was a bit difficult to find seating while there were so many people at breakfast. Employees seemed overwhelmed and short.

Pool area is in great need to repairs and new paint. The ventilation was so poor, people were getting sick from the very overwhelming chlorine smell. There were rarely enough towels available. Paint was chipping in baby area and there was no oversight from staff. One evening we counted over 40 people which was way too many according to the occupancy sign. Staff was very withdrawn from the situation. Rooms have some major maintenance issues and when brougt to staffs attention, the answer we were given was that “unless we get pinged on something from state, the owners don’t care and it won’t get fixed”. This was a very disturbing answer and we will not be returning to the hotel. Our room while clean had broken tiles in the bathroom which were dangerous for bare feet.Bathroom door did not close a d there was a great deal of mold in the shower area. Overall this was very disappointing to see how much this hotel has gone down.

Exceptional

The hotel was clean and our room was very nice. The front staff who checked us in, Eric, was helpful and professional. The breakfast was excellent and better than most hotels.

Our only concern was the parking lot and sidewalk not being well treated for ice during our stay.
