We enjoyed the pool and slides and the staff was extremely accommodating.

The room was 10 years past due for renovation. There was not even a decent retaurant.

Breahfast was correct

Price was extremely high compared to the value.

Fun water park

Great pool, water park, and lazy river. Food is tasty. Very attentive staff. Morning breakfast buffet is delicious. Clean.

Cost of stay, it is very expensive. Food and drinks are also expensive. Bed was too firm and uncomfortable, even the kids said so.

Beautiful property, well-appointed rooms, very comfortable beds, excellent service

I was here for a memorial service for my brother's father-in-law. My brother and his wife live in Tiburon which was the primary reason that I selected the Ritz - it was very convenient and with several activities at my brother's home and nearby surrounding areas - this was the perfect location.

A very good hotel it needs refreshing and renovation. Do not go near the Ritz near the beach

Everything is beautiful and clean and excellent staff

The access to the beach is terrible and the service at the Ritz next to the beach is really bad, they asked us for an extra amount for umbrellas and the attitude was humiliating

Great pool facilities for the whole family

The pool, lazy river, slides and splash park were excellent. The staff were also very accommodating.

We travelled with a seven month old baby and for a family-friendly hotel I think they could do better on providing appropriate facilities for babies. E.g. there were no baby changing facilities in any of the restrooms in the hotel apart from the pool toilets. The crib provided was also made of metal so my baby kept bashing her head on the rails (a travel cot would have been better). There were also no sterilising facilities offered which I was surprised about. That being said the staff were very accommodating, opening up a bedroom for us to change our baby in just after we had checked out.

I would recommend this property and look forward to visiting again

The Ritz Carlton Golf Resort is a beautiful property. The staff could not have been any nicer, and everything is very clean and beautiful.

The shower stall a little bigger would’ve made it perfect

golf course looked good and the pool area was great

rooms were dirty I didn’t even want to walk barefoot on the floor. Not worth the money at all

Staff was very courteous through out the property. Michael and Christian on the Club Level were excellent and helpful with our requests.

Poor signage throughout particularly regarding restaurants. Surprised there were few restaurants in a resort of this caliber.

Beautiful fountains and long driveway made us feel like we're entering a majestic castle.

Great experience overall. Very clean and welcoming entrance made us feel very special.

We wished the pool was opened. Also, there should be music in a lobby welcoming people.

everything in the room was great. the staff was good too.

the room had the worst view I've ever seen in a Ritz property, I faced the parking lot. I don't think they should even have rooms like that.
