The hotel was tired and front stay offered very little help. Not Hilton standards. Kitchen staff were good

This stay was clearly unacceptable and I won’t be back.

My comforter smelt like stale pee. I was charged 3 nights and they refused to credit me back 1 because I only stayed one night. No sense of urgenies to correct the issues. In fact one employee while I was explaining the pee smells, she rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look. I would have come back again because my nephew lives there but with the way I was treated, there is no way.

Good place

Granny, Pa and 2 grandsons enjoyed our 2 day stay here while visiting our daughter in Bardstown. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was good enough with lots of options, staff was very friendly and eager to help if needed.

The pool water was awfully cold.

Nice hotel. Well run with friendly staff.

Clean, but older room and bathroom. Doesn't appear to have been renovated for some time. Common areas are newer and nice.

Disappointed and discouraged..

I have to use the handicapped room because I need a walk-in shower which leaves water on the floor which we used towels to dry. We had asked that the room straightened, towels replaced and toilet paper given. We did not return to the room until 10:30 PM . the room was not straightened, wet towels were still on the bathroom floor, no toilet paper and Kleenex box was emptied. The room had a "mildew" smell..

Overall our stay was great and we will hopefully be staying again in the near future.

The property was centrally located to everything we needed. It was clean and loved the fact that we were able to get rooms that joined together, staff was very pleasant and of course the free breakfast is always and added plus!

I was kind of disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay, that was one of the biggest factors for me and my family when traveling. Also, the beds were a little too firm.

Good location. Clean

The pool was closed! And our carpet was wet in our room in front of the air conditioner. It was slightly longer than the width of the ac and it it extended out about 2 feet. You could lay your hand down and pick it up and visibly wet! And you could smell it. I’m not sure if you are supposed to clean the room daily during our stay, but ours wasn’t. And I had to ask for new towels and wash cloths the next night. And the trash wasn’t taken out or the bed made.

It was comfortable & the staff was all amazing & they didn’t hound you but anything you needed they made sure you got it

There wasn’t anything I just hated honesty, they have just been bought it by someone else who is about to go in & renovate & honestly that’s all they need is a little renovations going on & they would be even more amazing, my husband & I had 2 of the most relaxing nights of our lives here so I definitely have nothing bad to say

To sum up I’ll be staying here again!

The breakfast was a game changer. Good food with nice options. And the coffee…hell yeah the coffee was tasty goodness in a cup.

The location of the property was super convenient to starting the bourbon trail. No more than a 15 minute drive at the furthest. Plus, Kroger is being right around the corner as well as a Walmart can’t beat that. The staff was extremely friendly as well.

Decent hotel in a quiet area

Quiet room in a quiet hotel. Appreciated the exercise space to get a run in before going about the rest of our day. Friendly staff and a nice outdoor patio to relax after a day out and about.

Breakfast was a little lackluster. First time in my life that all of us had inedible pancakes. Ran out of coffee during breakfast rush and was not refilled while we were there.

I was not as happy with it as I would have liked to been.

they had room for use to play a broad game as a family.

the pool have hair floating around in it. The staff didn’t tell you the password until later when you had to call them.. but when you call the front desk to ask stuff, you had a call five or six times before someone ever answer..

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Breakfast was delicious. All the employees were exceptionally nice and helpful.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the layout. After checking in you had to walk forever to reach the elevator. My husband has health issues and this made it difficult at check in. After learning the layout we found an easier way to go in and out.
