Amazing. I used to live in Buffalo so being right by the mall. Awesome

The night was fun. Super sweet staff. I didn't feel like i was stuck on top of people. It was peaceful

Breakfast wasn't the best. Kids running around touching the fruit and almost getting burnt on the waffle maker. Was not the hotel fault more of the parents

My stay was good, the room and towels could have been cleaned better.

The location was good. Near airport and restaurants and mall. The staff was friendly.

The towels were all stained, which was pretty gross. The room could have been cleaner in the bathroom and the refrigerator had finger prints all over it. So wasn’t cleaned on the outside.

Horrible and disappointing

First check in was at 3 I got there and was told that I couldn’t check in for another hour because the room was not cleaned yet to which I understood at first. I came back a little over an hour later to be told again my room wasn’t ready I gotta wait another 15-20mins which turned into 1hr 30mins I get in the room in one of the bathrooms it was a used pad in the garbage can. I booked this hotel specifically for the size rooms and the pool to which we was told was closed and been closed for over a year which was not on booking or on their website that it was closed… I will never book here again it was a HUGE disappointment and ruined my daughter’s birthday who just wanted to go swimming for her birthday.

Sticking with airbnbs from now on.

Breakfast was great! Bed was comfortable.

Description of room was not accurate. Our room did not have what was listed on booking.com. Other guests were partying all night long so we did not sleep well. Pool was down. Our windows were unlocked and could easily be opened from the outside.

Okay place to stay.

Very nice clean room. Location was good and within walking distance to places to shop/eat. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Kitchen was fully equipped with anything we would have needed if we stayed more than 1 night.

We were told upon arrival that the indoor pool was closed (we were really looking forward to swimming). It's a decent sized hotel, but only has one elevator and of course our room was the furthest room from it and on the 3rd floor. I have a bad back and knees so stairs are hard, but the long walk to and from the elevator was difficult as well. The couch in the room was like one you would find in a office setting, very hard (definitely not something a person could sleep on). IF I book here again I will be calling ahead of time to verify use of the pool will be possible and asking about a room on the ground floor OR close to the elevator.

Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Breakfast options should have been more. Hot breakfast had less options. For the money charged, should have more options.

The stay was so not worth it at all

When I booked the room ut said there was a heated pool and the room was a 1 bedroom suite and both of those things were not correct the pool was a wading pool at most and in doors but no heat at all and the one room was not a one room it was more like a studio I got it for 2 night 3 days and it was just yucky from just tge staff was rude kinda except the first lady who checked us in she was awesome and i got sick from the food innthe breakfast buffet that's not true too it had 3 thing s hot and most of the coffee warmers and oatmeal things wasn't working or keeping things hot or ever warm it was a joke lol I gitnso sick from the food I'm still sick

The first lady who checked us in I like being there with my husband and I like leaving I think the best part was leaving for sure I like that it was down the street from my house and I could leave inalso like the shower it was nice

Nice place for a family stay

Close to shopping and restaurants. Comfy beds..pull out not so much but it is a pull out (never pull out)

Was asked to take room without sofa bed even though we reserved a one bedroom queen room with sofa for our daughter.

Superb

I really enjoyed staying here! It was quiet and room was spacious. Staffs were very kind and thoughtful.

There is no convenience store in the hotel and they do not provide any waters or drinks so keep that in mind!

Breakfast was okay. Used to having scrambled egss.

The service to get stuff fixed was not good at all. Our kitchen lite would not stay on. The light to eating table didn't work. It was burned out. We took the light down to the receptionist and told her what was going on
