Frustrating from a payment aspect and business practices questionable.

Cleanliness, location, and ammenities.

Your staff knowing and willingly charged me for two rooms despite me explaining in detail that the Joint Force Command Norfolk staff had unknowingly booked a room for me. Upon check out your staff stated I would not be double charged. I have disputed the charge and intend to raise the issue higher if it is not resolved.

My stay was fine, except Air Condition in building failed.

Breakfast. There were many choices. Room was clean.

Great location but busy

Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant in the facility was great

but the elevators need to be expanded or at least upgraded. Wait times were a little excessive.

Luxe d’apparence pour un hôtel qui pourrait faire mieux.

Pour le prix, on s’attendrait à un établissement de luxe. Pas de peignoir ni de chaussons. Pas de tasses mais des gobelets en carton. Pas de canapé dans la chambre mais un minuscule fauteuil peu confortable. Pas de choix de chaînes de télévision

Very enjoyable

We like that everything was in walking distance

The bar/restaurant closed before 11 when I came in she was like we are closed, the bed and pillows were sooooo uncomfortable I couldn’t wait to get back home to my bed but other than that everything else was great

Nice place, cost more than should have because of misinformation on your part.

Room was beautiful and clean, modern. Location was perfect and we left prior to breakfast.

When I originally called and asked if I was speaking to Marriott, the agent told me yes. I did not expect to be billed a additional $40. When I made reservation which I booked in my and name, I asked about my husband's military discount. The agent told me I mention at front desk to get the Veteran's Discount. Because I booked under my name through you, they could not change it to his name; so we lost a military 10% discount, too. Not happy with you.

Wonderful stay, worth the value

The room was very nice and clean. Caroline at the front desk was amazing and accommodated all my needs with no issues. The area was very safe and walking distance to many shops, restaurants and businesses.

Good location

My room was in corner with a great view and spotless clean...the bed was comfy too.

The pool was not usable for me as there was no changing room and shower.

Clean, comfortable, friendly!

No dental floss available. Went to the restaurant and got a huge piece of steak logged in my tooth. No floss available complimentary or for purchase. This was a huge inconvenience during my stay.

Aside from elevator issues, one word; AMAZING.

It was close to our event, staff was great especially at front desk and in M Club

The property had several events going on the the wait time for elevator exceeded upward of 10 minutes

the elevators! only 2 were working and trying to get to the lobby at checkout took forever. we ended hauling everything down the stairs after waiting 10 mins and never getting an elevator.

It was just so so. Not the best value for the price.

The location was everything, The hallways were dated and there were many spots that needed repair. The staff in the breakfast area where clueless to the point that we left and ate elsewhere. The girl didn't know what a sausage biscuit was which was enough to make me run for my life.

Lange Wartezeiten am Lift (manchmal ca. 5 min), meistens gefüllt mit College Teams, die in der Stadt ein Spiel hatten. Das Check in verlief gut, dennoch wäre ein wenig mehr Freundlichkeit angebracht...

We had a wonderful time. The only complaint we had was with Booking.Com. They posted the room for one price and was char

Our view was amazing. The staff especially Ms. Caroline the distinguished black man at the desk were very accommodating. So helpful. The bed was very comfortable and pillows were so fluffy. We loved having a walk in shower. We were impressed with the machines in the gym. Everywhere was so clean.

It wasn’t a big deal the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working, but my husband went to the next floor.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The bed was very comfortable and valet is highly encouraged.

The toilets are very low to the ground and you have to request a microwave to be brought up to your room.

1st Impressions Last

Location to venue & restaurants are perfect. Nice jovial atmosphere of customers. Front Desk Assistant on our check-in was VERY NICE!

Water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling over the sink area. Not major but a steady drip. Did not relay to management because I am pretty certain they were already aware because there was a lot of water damage in the ceiling and around the baseboard of the bathroom door. The morning auditing crew, the valet, and another employee were definitely not customer oriented, and yes it was 5:15 am on our checkout, but we only wanted a name of a cab service to Norfolk's train station. Needless to say, thumbs up to Google😆.
