Great location.

The location was near the area we needed to be near.

The street signs to find it were hard and the property sign were hard to see quickly. The room area to walk around the bed was narrow and it was easy to hit furniture, bed frames with your shins in the night. The breakfast was not included like in most properties. That was a surprise.

This time, a very bad experience. They put us into a room where they were doing construction. But we got there. There wa

I have stayed there before and love it … but this time it was uncomfortable. The hotel was under construction and they put us in a room where they were doing repairs. The morning of checking out the construction workers woke us up and the fumes of paint was strong and hard to breath . I couldn’t breathe. We booked their agdi. Because of the pool sad when got there. They said the pool was taken out. When we got there there was no water. Very disappointed.

I felt like I payed too much for the quality quality of the hotel.

The staff was really nice.

The hallways and my room smelled like marijuana. I smelled it from the time I got back from dinner until the time I checked out. It made my stay unbearable. I would’ve asked for a different room, but it smelled like that throughout the hotel and in the elevator.

Very nice for the price. Staff is the best ever. Front desk is so nice and friendly and cool. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

The sofa bed/ mattress was a mess (terrible bed) and no extra blankets in room. Front desk had no problem giving me extras though.

Have stayed at Courtyards in the past. This was not up to par at all!

Location and staff were great. Loved fridge and microwave!

Run down smelly room Stains on carpet huge amount of dust on lampshades and curtains. Had a balcony but looked too dirty to enjoy. Needed an outdoor pool. Not indoor Vent in bathroom made a horrible noise. There was also hair in the sink and the sink didn’t look clean so I cleaned it instead of complaining. But since you asked, I’ll tell you. Also air conditioner was so Loud every time it turned on or off it woke me up. But I did appreciate that it worked. Almost left after the first night but didn’t want the hassle. The tv also sucked the remote was bad no menu on tv to select channels and had to turn tv to see it. Room was not set up for convenience. And the couch has stains so I sat on a towel. Ugh. And lightning by mirror also was poor.

How clean everything was

The check in was not great I was not told about breakfast I had to ask and I was handed my room card I was not even told what floor it was on I had to ask. When I went to check out my sister and I had waited ten mins and when we finally did get someone to check us out we was told "sorry we were in a meeting" and at that time there was a lobby full of people and no one attending the front dest.

The location is good.

My room was a double room, there was a door where the host next to me was forcing the lock, this was very uncomfortable. The hotel has no breakfast, and there is a bar where they serve something to eat for breakfast, but it is very bad, with no options.

Clean room, very comfortable, nice pool and gym, the bistrot was nice and had all I needed, the plus is the lovely man working at the front desk during afternoons and nights: so kind, keen to help for any issue, and terrific elegance.

For some reason my room never got cleaned in 6 days, but it's also my bad, I could have just asked at the reception but I was too lazy to do it
