My shower didn’t work. Lamp shade stained and very dirty next to bed. Sheer was off track and hanging on floor

My hotel stay was good but a little overpriced.

The outside and lobby areas of the property is nice. The staff was friendly and the location is close to restaurants, shops, freeways, ect.

The rooms definitely need updating-old worn furniture and stained dirty window coverings

Exceptional

The breakfast was great. Everything from cold cereals, fresh fruits and yogurt to hot oatmeal, omelettes pancakes and even cookies and pop tarts to take with you for your trip.

fantastic !

it was close to restaurants, shopping and the I-70. easy to access. comfortable , staff was friendly. we were delayed one day and they did not penalize us or anything. we were very impressed ! will stay there again !

Staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was poorly retrofitted to be a walk I n shower. There was a drain in the shower and also a large drain near the toilet that let in sewer gas.

Turned me off on staying in motels/hotels.

How would you feel if in the morning you're sitting on the edge of the bed and see a bed bug on your sheet? Let's just say we didn't stay for breakfast. Sales manager refunded the room. GM was to call me about my dry cleaning bill but never called.

Great place to stop while traveling

This will be my new favorite place for overnight stays while traveling to the east coast. Easy access from the Interstate. Lots of restaurant choices close by. VERY clean, quiet, and spacious rooms. The breakfast room attendant is great - everything is kept stocked and tables are cleaned promptly - she was very helpful and cheerful. The front desk staff was knowledgeable of where all the local restaurants and stores were. They were friendly and made us feel welcomed. I wish every motel was as nice as this one.

Ehhh- I will stay elsewhere.

Location was close to restaurants and interstate.

The cost of room for how the hotel room was - was not worth it. Way too much money for room. Room had a lot of settling cracks on walls- water in shower was to be desired- and I was afraid of the elevator. Usually I love Holiday Inn Expresses. just not this one.

I liked the staff very much and the room

The bathtub filled up with water and didn’t drain well. One night the hot tub was closed.
