Overall a great stay. Was perfect for the short weekend getaway!

Beautiful property. Well maintained

Our shower curtain was very musty and the bathroom was unpleasant smelling. We did not have any shampoo, conditioner or body wash. All 3 dispensers were empty but I liked the concept.

We enjoyed ourselves, I didn't appreciate how the young lady that checked us in handled the check in. She entered my card # for payment incorrect, and in front of the whole lobby, load as she can be " it seemed". She blurted out " YOUR CARD DECLINED" for everyone to hear. And that wasn't even the situation, it was an error on her end. So if we come back for another stay. I pray that she doesn't handle us

I mixed up the question section. So my what did you like is in this box. And what I didn't like is in the WHAT DID YOU LIKE BOX. But outside of the unprofessional customer service at check in. Our stay at the unit was very nice ...

Poor

Ski slopes were closed while other places worked perfectly. The weather was the excuse for Closing the slopes and it was sunny without wind. The hotel did not provide any alternatives.

Could have been better.

The location and experience was great. It was nice being able to have some quiet time and even start a fire!

The staff at the facility were unprofessional. We had chose to eat at the only restaurant on the property, Mulligans, and were treated very poorly by staff. I had to call multiple times in regards to skiing hours, and was treated very poorly by staff again, stating we were unable to ski. We lost power to our cabin multiple times. And we were expected to not only clean up our cabin before we left, but also take our trash to a dumpster nearby. To me-you shouldnt have to be cleaning on vacation. This should be done by housekeeping.

There were some bumps and the cottages were small but our stay was OK

it was an affordable option for our family Xmas trip and the outdoor hot tub was nice.

There was no lifeguard on duty so the slide in the pool wasn’t on. We arrived right after a snow storm and nothing at our cottage was shoveled or plowed. we called the front desk and asked if they would plow the driveway and they said they would send someone. 20 minutes pass and no one shows up so I call the front desk again and they say that their engineer did a drive by and said that we can just drive our vehicles over the snow. That was unacceptable to me. They also didn’t shovel the walk ways or the steps leading into the cottage. Three people in our group almost slipped and fell and my FIL did fall. The cottages were nice but very small and parking was extremely limited. The cottages sleep 6 but there is only room for one vehicle at each cottage. We ended up parking in the grass since they didn’t want to plow the parking spaces.

Nice and Clean. Accessible. Quiet but not dull.

Things close too Early. Restaurant is good and reliable but the food gets old quick, would love more variety available on Site. No lifeguard at 5pm on a Thursday means no slide.

Excellent location. Close by, but far enough away from the excitement. Relaxing, comfortable. quiet, peaceful. Beautiful accommodations. Excellent!

Given the choice between a typical hotel and this take this every time!

2 separate rooms. Great for traveling with kids. Along with living room and kitchen. Super quiet area. Plenty of pool choices. Great family area

Little cottage was super outdated and worn. Few things were broken like the ice maker and the latch lock on the patio door. (They had a bar lock and brought us a bag of ice when asked)

Check in people were super friendly but with a cash..

Try to over charge my credit card at check out time. Check in was 1 hour past time advertised at time of booking it wasn't no compensation for it. Still needed to check out by 10am.
