This place is pretty decent and close to a lot!

Room was nice. The cleaning staff came in to clean our room well before checkout time. That was not cool, and the windows in the room would not open (by design), but otherwise the place was fairly nice.

The windows didn't open. Cleaning staff rushed us out of our room.

Overall, we were happy with our stay. We were also wondering how Springfield Hills compared (in same parking lot &

Loved the convenient location; close to many restaurants & fast food franchises, as well as, Gas stations, CVS, Target & Walmart + Westfield Mall & Galleria, Cinemas & Golf. Excellent refrigerator w/freezer, kept things cold & froze our ice water bottles quickly…especially during a heatwave. Great auto temp AC in bedroom & living room area. Flexible desk table that can be moved & used for a dining table too.

Horrible coffee. Small, low depth, indoor swimming pool (good for small kids or for adults who just want to sit in the water). Garbage outside rear entrances were overflowing on Monday & not emptied until Tuesday evening.

This is a comfortable hotel in a good location.

Good atmosphere. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, and good proximity to Thunder Valley Venue (for the concert we attended). The breakfast was one of the better hotel provided breakfasts we have had. Thanks! We will stay here again the next time we go to a concert.

The hours of the pool that were posted said open at 6am, but it did not open until 9am.

enough equipped kitchen, big refrigerator, bed is comfortable, curtain shuts sunlight nicely, lots of storage space

room cleaning is not there during stay 3 nights called to ask fresh towels many times but nothing happened. finally had to go to the front desk physically.

Nice location-- we were going to a concert at Thunder Valley Casino, which was 10-15 minutes away. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Ample parking.

Always try and stay here when we are in the area.

Very busy weekend and booked a 2 bed suite. However the reservation was changed somehow and wasn't able to get a different room. That has never happened, will chalk it up as an outlier.

Had a great time and enjoyed the clean facilities.

Didn't eat the breakfast, was too busy enjoying my room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The TV could have used a little help though, as it had a large burned in spot on the screen.

The elevator was a little sketch, made some ticking noises on the way down and was located towards the back of building.

Comfort, functional, location, pleasant faces, and reasonably priced.

We had a one night stay prior to the Christmas holiday and were pleasantly surprised by the location to not only our final family destination, but to food and drink, shopping, gas and grocery. The room was fantastic with the kitchenette fully functional and the generous room size. Modestly decorated yet extremely comfortable with couch pillows and tv trays. The staff was kind, smiling/happy, assertive and knowledgeable. A gem to find.

Only reason for a 9 is that we didn't have an opportunity to use the facilities (pool, gym, outdoor area), so I won't dignify this question as all was too well.

I don’t think I had had such a bad experience before.

nice are

my room was not ready when we checked in. We got to the room and there were bags of garbage, other peoples’ bath towels on the floor, bed was slept on by someone else. We had to come back down and waited till 11:30 pm. The front guy cleaned the room, the bathroom sink had toothpaste in it and around the sink. Made the whole experience terrible. The stove was also not wiped, carpet was sticky. So I bought shower slipper for my daughter and me to walk around in.😣🤢

Would love to stay here again!

Great location , clean, comfy beds, and friendly staff! Would come again with my family ! They were very on top of it. We arrived late and they had everything ready to go including making sure our rooms were equipped with a pack and play!
