Prima kamer. Restaurant heel fijn. Ontbijt gemiddeld.

Schoonmaken kamer. Drie overnachtingen. Nooit is de kamer schoongemaakt. Nu kan ik dat zelf wel maar de handdoeken werden niet een keer vervangen. Dat is slecht.

Exceptional

Breakfast was excellent, the room was nice and it was also very clean. The personnel were very polite, we liked the fact the fact that it was close to a lot of things like gas station, restaurant etc, also coffee machine was 24 hrs accessible that was a plus.

Enjoyed the breakfast and the restaurant.

Staff at reception were very unhelpful. Especially the manageress. I ended up being charged over $700 too much during our 4 day stay. they said this was a deposit. The bathroom smelt of smoke.

Room 208 kept us awake until 3am. I tried to call security but the phone in 206 wouldn't work. So disgusted. I want my money back.

As a Best Western rewards member for many decades, compensation for the broken pool would have been appreciated!

Excellent location and restaurant.

We booked this hotel because of the pool, which was closed the entire four days we stayed.

I left several messages for the GM regarding the issues I had at this establishment in regards to do

I left several messages for the GM regarding the issues I had at this establishment in regards to dog barking loud noise (arguing) in the room next to mine, there was no soap, the sheets wasn't clean and I couldn't get a good rest for the convention I had to speak at. I still have not received a call back after leaving several messages for the GM at this hotel.

The staff were very helpful. My room was very nice with a nice view. Pool was very inviting. Everything about my stay was exceptional

I wanted a balcony room but there was a mix up on reservation but that was my fault for not double chexking.
