Close to interstate.
Could have been cleaner. Moths and cob web were present.

Good breakfast. Nice variety and food was good. Just had to wait to find a place to eat and get there early or you're not getting any eggs or pork sausage.
There wasn't enough places to sit and eat breakfast and it was not air conditioned very well. The attendant announced she was done making anymore food 30 minutes before breakfast ended.

Staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
Our 3 night stay was almost perfect. The only issue we had was coming back from a several hour trip into St. Joseph, we returned to our room ajar, with the safety lock folded in to hold it open. We saw that we had new towels and toilet paper, but our room was left open for literally anyone to enter for several hours, perhaps? Nothing was stolen, thankfully.

Decent location
The room was a little dirty (floors not vacuumed and tub had hair in it). The room was outdated.

The breakfast was good with a nice variety. We loved our room view of the lake.
The swimming pool had too much chlorine/chemicals. Our 7 yr old son got dizzy and started coughing from the odor. My chest hurt from breathing in the chemical odor.

I reserved 2 queen but got there and was given a king. They told me booking.com made the switch. Not happy with that.

Great breakfast, the person refilling food was happy, energetic and helpful! She needs a raise!
Our room was to warm, turned off the heat and had to open the window. But once we did that it was great!

it was clean and the staff was friendly! the breakfast was amazing and the lady in charge of the breakfast was awesome.
the only thing we didn’t like was the very low toilet. we are in our 70’s and there was a problem getting on and off the stool!!!

The first room smelled of cigarette smoke. I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke due to asthma so asked for a room change. The staff was very accommodating. Gave me a different room and the front desk made note of the cigarette smoke smell for the cleaning staff.

The breakfast was very good. Since it was raining outside we were very glad to have a nice indoor pool and hot tub. Everything was very clean.
