We enjoyed our stay but there were a few quirks that kept the hotel from being outstanding.
The room was clean and not overly scented (with things like Febreeze). The body products were good quality, and the lobby was modern and cozy. Very comfy bed.
The blinds were broken, so we couldn't open them. The bathroom door was a barn door style that didn't close all the way, so there was no privacy when going to the bathroom. Even though we had a king bed, there was only one bathrobe, which seemed odd.

Lounge is amazing, but if I was staying longer than 1 night, I would've requested a different room.
The main lobby was beautiful and the lounge was cozy and trendy. The mixed drinks were phenomenal.
Our bed frame was broken and creaked terribly. The window shade was broken and could not open for natural light. In our particular room, the bathroom vanity lacked drawer space to put toiletries in and the counter was too small; therefore, all toiletries had to go on the back of the toilet. The bathroom also lacked enough lighting to apply makeup.

Not very pleased
I wanted to bring an incident to your attention that occurred recently. Yesterday, a staff member entered my room without announcing themselves while I was in the bathroom. As a guest, I found this to be quite unsettling and disruptive. Moreover, when I approached the staff member to address the issue, they were vague in their response and ultimately redirected me to a manager. However, the manager was not on site at the time and I was assured they would contact me, but I have yet to receive a call. I would appreciate it if you could please look into this matter and investigate why the staff member entered my room without proper announcement. Additionally, it would be helpful if you could ensure that the manager contacts me as soon as possible to discuss this incident further.

It was okay. The location was the only great part of the hotel.
We liked the location.
Bathroom door was a slider - would get stuck and didn't close all the way. Toilet ran if you didn't jiggle the handle. Bathroom was black except ceiling - not great for putting on makeup. Vanity was a dresser style. However, it would have been better to have a wall to wall vanity with more counter space. There was no closet or folding luggage tables. My husband has trouble going up and down stairs and we had to use stairs to get into the lobby and out into the street.

Clean but dark small room
The room is clean and relatively modern, with the bathroom fine. The staff is friendly. Location is convenient.
The room was small, the hotel crammed as many rooms as possible into the available space. The room is also dark with a window that's not really letting much light in. It feels a bit claustrophobic. There is no breakfast option, but you can order coffee to be delivered to the room. Price high for what you get.
