We travel through the area ofen and I won’t write this hotel off based on this stay.

Close to restaurants and our planned activities. Beds were comfortable, clean. The room smelled clean and wasn’t overtly dirty (bathroom could use a deep clean along the corners but overall wasn’t dirty). Management was one of the nicest I’ve experienced at a hotel, we had an issue with the floor we were on and she quickly moved our room for us. Pool was open and fair, my kids enjoyed it.

While the hotel is a non-smoking hotel and I was told guests smoking would be fined, the hallways smelled of smoke. The 3rd floor reeked of pot and cigarette smoke, which is why we asked to be moved. It was disgusting. The 2nd floor smelled much better and you didn’t feel like you were walking through 2nd hand smoke, but there was nothing clean smelling about the halls. (The rooms themselves were a nice reprieve from the halls and smelled great. I am super sensitive to scents and smoke gives me a migraine so I was pleased to find the rooms and bedding smelled clean)

Good stay, comfortable beds.

Indoor pool and work out room, safe parking lot.

Rooms were slightly outdated, especially the bathroom. They only clean rooms every other day when you stay more than 2 nights.

Beds were super comfortable. Quiet. Easy to find. Breakfast was good. Didn't get a chance to use the pool.

The lady at the counter as I arrived. She was the only exceptional service

The rooms smelled too much like smoke. I didn't have shampoo and didn't realize it until I was in the shower. Very little conditioner left. Older facility and it showed.

Great staff, eh room.

The staff was great. Really helpful, very nice. No notes.

The owner needs to do some upkeep on the rooms. Our bathroom light flickered. The rooms in general have terrible lighting. For the price, the room should have been nicer.

Superb

The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the location for us is excellent.

We have stayed here every year for the last 10 years ( except one) and the coffee has gone from 8/10 to 2/10.

Incredibly friendly staff. They were having a great time decorating for Christmas. Very clean place.

Breakfast was delicious. We got there right at the end of service, but everything was still hot and ready for us. The people were so nice and room was as expected!

The elevator was out of service as we were going to check out. We were on 2nd floor. My mom is handicapped so I freaked out about that. BUT when I explained, the staff quickly went in to action to have maintenance assist and we were able to safely elevator down to the lobby.

Room was nonsmoking but smelled like old cigarette smoke. Breakfast area was too small and crowded to get into

Bathtub had a strange bottom was hard to shower in.

Probably won't stay there again.

I reserved a handicap accessible king size room. Because we arrived late, with prior notification, our room was given away and we received a normal king size room. My husband needed to move furniture in order to get my wheelchair in the room. Not very convenient! Did receive some $ compensation.

I assumed that Hampton would be extra nice but not so. Very nice pool

Bathroom had trash from previous customer. Dingy smelling.
