Focused on comfort and customer service. Clean rooms, good breakfast, cold water available in the lobby. I really liked the Dove shampoo, conditioner and soaps in the large size dispensers. I often thought what a waste on all those tiny bottles.

Parking was free and also didn’t struggle to find any parking.
Breakfast was good definitely saves you a little money in the mornings.

The location was great! The beaches were very nice! The pool was a bit small but it was nice! The breakfast was OK. The room had a great view. Everything was awesome except the shower.
The shower wasn’t working properly. They tried to fix it a few times, but it just wasn’t working.

I like the amenities, breakfast was delicious. We was close to places to eat. Hotel was nice and clean each day. I must give housekeepers an A+. Well done.
Pillow could've been a little firm , really to soft for me but over all great. I'll recommend to family and friends.

Location, gulf view
The price was so high i paid $1100 for 2 nights, and i arrived at 6 pm, so technically, it was les than 2 days, and they didn't get usbcrib for my 1 year old baby. Knowingly, i mentioned 3 days ago that i want that crib.

The only rude person there was the lady that set up the umbrella/chair at the beach ⛱️ very rude.

Loved the beach front location and breakfast. Everything we needed was in one spot!
This is probably our fault for booking with booking.com but we got a handicap room and the shower head was leaky and had no good settings for water pressure. I hope they fix it for an individual that needs it to work.

Breakfast was wonderful! Hot and fresh always. I loved that every room is actually in the beach. It’s a nice quiet part of that area which is what I desperately needed! But it was also close enough to all of the local attractions.
There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like! I absolutely loved my stay. I’m looking forward to going back again next year!

Right on the beach, the decor was up to date with the mid century modern vibe. You all did a fantastic job with this one.

very noisy children in adjacent room banging doors and had to be spoken to by security several times.

mix up with cleaning staff and room was not fully cleaned. Some of front desk staff not nice.
