Disgusting

The bathroom tub was disgusting. It did not drain and had to remove the stopped to make it drain, which was completely clogged with with mold and mildew. Absolutley disgusting

The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. I loved the Dove products provided.

I absolutely loved the breakfast. It was the best. My favorite was the egg omelette with cheese, or you could get scrambled eggs. As much as you wanted. The juice was also fresh. Delicious! I'd go back just for the breakfast.

The toilet seat in my room was really loose. I found it that way, but I didn't want to bother the staff with that little inconvenience since I was there for just a day or two.

Good

There was no body wash in the shower. It had 2 shampoos and 1 conditioner. The tub was very slick and I almost fell. They need to put a mat or something because someone is going to get hurt. Some of the lights did not work in the room either.

Better Coffee than Most Hotels and Better Breakfast Buffet Options

Breakfast contains a bit more than the usual fare, so this is a big plus. Hotel is clean and comfortable, safe. Beds are comfy. Breakfast included hot options of eggs, sausage or bacon, cinnamon rolls (hot), pancakes, etc, better quality coffee than most hotels, tea options, etc....also upgraded oatmeal with dried cranberries walnuts brown sugar etc

it was an expensive place to stay.

it was pet friendly. the concierge, KC, was super.

the tub was dangerously slippery. There was a hole in the hall carpet near the stairs.

Nice stay but with a little room confusion

the rooms were clean. breakfast was very good

We were given a room that was occupied by someone. We actually went in the room where people were sleeping

Ok, cleaner than where we usually stay.

Tv had a strange resolution...small area of video with huge black frame around it. Unable to correct it with the remote.

Very expensive stay for no towels or hot water.

Customer Service was amazing. Night clerk (initials were KC) from Friday and Saturday night was the best.

No towels available Saturday night. — Front desk clerk did find a few pool towels/face towels for us to use. No hot water Sunday morning around 7:15. had to take cold shower.

Cece at the front counter was so nice and helpful. breakfast was great!

The water is gross. not the hotels fault, the whole town has nasty water. Someone was smoking weed on our floor, so as soon as we got off the elevator that was our first smell. Again not the hotels fault. Its Louisiana.

very disappointing, on checkout I asked for receipt hoping to be asked how well I enjoyed the stay but not a chance

location, breakfast was excellent

missing smoke alarm in room see picture nasty bathtub see picture, may need resurfacing, there are folks that do this relatively inexpensively lid off toilet tank to make easier to tap on fill valve to fill giant HIE shower head is missing soap dispenser is great idea please fill it was initially given an occupied room mattress is worn out in short this property needs some capital expenditures

Short, just overnight, but very sweet!!

Clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available IN the shower. Excellent breakfast choices. The front desk staff was superb. I wish i could remember the young lady’s name that checked me in because she was so welcoming and courteous!

The breakfast was yummy. The bed was comfy.

Swimming pool was dirty. No towels available. Phones not working. Staff didn’t seem to care. TV picture did not fill the screen. Didn’t seem up to normal Holiday Inn standards

Clean, extra friendly staff, good price through booking.com!

The breakfast was very good. They had an employee fix your plate from the buffet instead of allowing guests to handle the utensils, due to COVID this was great.

Poor

Bathroom was flooded. Light fixture was hanging by wires in bathroom. Could never find staff member at front desk that night to voice concerns. Got moved to new room which smelled like cigarette smoke.
