Good enough.

Standard Room, nothing special, but did the trick. Really close to the Senator Theater and the show we saw, which was the primary reason we stayed at this hotel.

Small parking lot and tight. Car was hit and run while we were there, although the driver did park the car in a really bad spot so kind of got what they deserved. However, hit and run is not acceptable!

Worth the $$ to stay.

Location staff and the price.

The sink was clogged and was draining slow only complaining I have other then that awesome place.

Good location but too noisy for us to get a good night sleep.

Bed was comfortable, room very clean.

Noisy! Heater was so loud that we had to turn it off but the poor door seal let in cold air and noise from outside. Room needed some maintenance.

Bed seemed small, room generally run down, TV remote did not work properly, only one chair in the room, curtains didn't close properly, door seal partially ripped off

This is a very nice place to stay. Pony, greeted is with warmth and genuine interest in helping us have a good stay. The room is nicely arranged and had everything we needed. Being on a relatively busy street didn't impact our ability to sleep well. It was nice to have a pool outdoors to cool off in. The shower has 2 options, regular and rain. The toiletries are good, and the bed is comfortable. We would stay again if in the area. The vanity area is well lit.

the bed was so comfortable, coffee machine was so clean, bathroom and towels were so clean.

The AC in my room was smell so bad and there was a dirty drainage water infront of my ground floor room coming from upstairs pipe

Quiet comfort

This large, reasonably-priced hotel is a popular destination with vacationers, business and work travelers to Chico. It is very well located near the University and midtown locations. The hotel offers breakfast and some additional popular eateries are a short walking distance from the location.

Finding a parking space in the lot can be a challenge due to the many cars and work vehicles.

Awesome 3 nights in this nicely updated clean hotel!

This hotel is great! We were traveling this time for leisure. I was not expecting it to be this nice for the price. The location is awesome! It is so convenient to be able to walk to so many restaurants downtown. We were even able to walk through lower Bidwell Park. The staff were very friendly and efficient! The rooms are nicely updated with comfortable bed and pleasing decor. Nice surprise to have daily cleaning again after Covid.

The late-night city noise is not so great due to it being downtown, but it is well worth it due to convenience! The second night we ran our fan on high and the white noise counteracted the city sounds.

Excellent staff! Great location. Very clean.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our phones weren’t working and the reception staff let us use their personal phone for a call. The breakfast lady let us stay in the room to drink our coffee past the closure time. The night clerk that checked us in was very friendly and gave us some insights about the area.

Room is very clean and new. Really enjoyed the tasteful decoration and the choice of material and fabrics.

The air conditioner is very noise and it really effect my sleep.
