Fantastic balcony sunset view

View from the balcony room was amazing! All staff from check-in to cleaners were super friendly and helpful. Great value for the resort fees with gym pools and multiple classes to choose from. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in comfort and enjoy the fantastic location right across the street from the beach.

Overall good value in a great location.

Most of the building has been renovated so it looked new and updated. Location was perfectly situated across the street from the beach and lots of nearby shopping and dining places. Poolside restaurant on the 3rd floor provided great beach views and excellent snacks. Resort staff I encountered were all pleasant and accommodating.

Good location and modern rooms but be careful of the add-on charges.

Location is fantastic being next to the beach and it has an Enterprise car rental as well as several shops and eateries. The room was modern (though the toilet bowl's flushing system was a little weak and required several flushes).

Travellers need to be careful and check what they are being charged for. When checking in, I was given the option for a room upgrade, to which I said I did not want it. I signed a number of forms but it wasn't clear that it included a room upgrade. Unfortunately I chose to do an express checkout and only realised that I was charged for a room upgrade when I received the bill via email. It was disappointing that the staff decided to slap on the room upgrade even though I specifically said I did not want it.

Parking garage is 55$/day for patrons and lanes are too small. 5. Shuttle from airport to resort is extra 50$

It was a very good stay.

Location was great and the rooms were very comfortable.

Given that the hotel was located on the beach they could have provided beach umbrellas. We had to rent one from a private company.

Overpriced and not the service I’d expect for a top hotel - nickle and dimed the whole holiday

Liked the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Cleaning staff were very friendly.

Long wait times for the front desk - I went about 5 times and every wait was at least 20 minutes and multiple queues with people jumping in. Our room was also on the corner of two streets and so loud I might as well have slept outside. Invest in some properly glazed windows.

We loved it here, we loved the enviroment, the ocean and the spacious hotel.

Breakfast was too expensive compared to the supply...but the view was so wonderful that it was compensated for not very good breakfast.

There was a 50usd+tax fee per day for which we could use some things, but if we didn't use it, we had to pay for it. (cca 340 usd) that was not sympathetic.

Not bad, not great. Gets the job done. I would consider coming back if I didn't have other options

Free towels, great facilities like the pool and gym. The entire hotel grounds was pretty clean. Staff super friendly. Housekeeping always did an excellent job everyday of cleaning.

The rug in our room was really sticky to walk on barefoot. We ended up using our slippers indoors and for Asian people we are not used to it. The beds were slightly too soft and sagging in the middle. We were really disappointed to find out that breakfast was not included with the room rate.

No check-out você é informado da obrigatoriedade de pagar o "Resort fee" uma taxa de 50,00 dólares por dia, não opcional, que não te acrescenta nenhum benefício ou serviço e que não está especificada no booking.com. Tudo dentro do complexo é pago e caro, o tal "Benefício" não modifica em nada sua estadia. Esse valor aumenta a diária em quase 40% eu teria considerado outros Resorts se soubesse antecipadamente. Ficamos descontentes.

Massive hotel structure, a little worn, but good service and friendly staff all round.

Having to pay a compulsory Resort Fee, plus its taxes, on top of the room fee. For services that we are not interested in and thus did not use. The advertised rate is de facto the rate for the room. Only at the end of a booking process can one see there are additional taxes, and the resort fee. We find this very misleading.

Clean, spacious and renovated rooms in a nice part of Waikiki

The rooms are clean and modern. They are spacious rooms and appear to be recently renovated which is much better compared to a lot of hotel rooms in Waikiki which are dated. The Marriott is well located on the quieter end of Waikiki so you don't get all the noise and get a decent night's sleep. Having a hire car place within the complex is incredibly handy and because you're at the edge of Waikiki you can skip the traffic and head straight out to visit other parts of the island.

Lifts can be busy with long queues but they move quickly. The pool area is adequate but nothing special and the poolside bar and restaurant has great service but the food and drinks themselves are very average.

All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend.

Excellent location, close to the beach with amazing views from the rooms if you book for that. Lots of amenities in the resort, , restaurants, stores, pool, music in the evening, free classes daily,, towels for the beach, even boogie boards.

Very minor suggestion - would be nice to have a breakfast restaurant there as well. (besides Starbucks.

ビ-チから近い立地は便利で良かったです。

Wi-Fiが部屋で使えず、zoom mtgをキャンセルせざるを得ない状況で、滞在のほぼ半分はいらいらしていました。部屋替えをして使えたが、荷造りをたくさんしててぐったりしました。ドア🚪のバッテリーが切れて部屋に入れなかった時の対応も最悪で、いっぱい待たされました。もう、二度と泊まりたくない宿です。

Emplacement Taille de la chambre et la vue sympa

Accueil au check in limite horrible. Nous étions arrivés tôt déposer nos bagages, nous avons réalisé donc un early check in et avons donc présenté nos pièces d’identité à l’accueil pour nous enregistrer. Vers 17h nous sommes revenus à l’hôtel pour récupérer notre chambre et nos bagages. L’hôtesse Yuko nous a reçu d’une façon non professionnelle. Elle nous demande nos pièces d’identité, je lui explique que nous les avons déjà présenté une première fois, que nos pièces d’identité sont dans nos bagages stockés chez vous…elle ne veut rien savoir et nous dit « je ne vous connais ps je dois savoir à qui je remets les clés ». Nous comprenons et allons chercher nos bagages au desk dédié, nous les ouvrons et lui présentons. On en profite pour lui demander si ils ont des prix pour les guests de l’hôtel qui souhaitent assister à leur lu’au, elle nous répond que non!! Le lendemain le desk front nous indique qu’ils ont des prix … Quel professionnalisme…c’est à croire que les gens à l’accueil ne sont même pas au courant des prestations proposées par leur hôtel. Enfin pour finir c’est limite si elle ne nous jete pas les clés … et nous dit c’est à gauche .. étage ? On reste quand même 4j … 0 service client ! 0 accueil chaleureux alors que je leur avais précisé que nous étions chez eux pour nos 9 ans de vie commune…. Piscines très petites et sous dimensionnées pour le nombre de chambres dans l’hôtel Séjour mitigé

Best hotel in Waikiki!

We accidentally booked two beds instead of one for our honeymoon, and the hotel was full so they weren't able to switch us to a single bed room, but they helped make it more romantic by switching the room view. The sunrise in the morning was absolutely wonderful. They also had super fancy toilets that my husband loved! I also loved that there was a convenience store with everything available in the lobby. ALSO, even though we had to pay $50 per person for the breakfast buffet, IT WAS SO WORTH IT! The best breakfast we had in Hawaii! The sticky buns were legendary!

There was nothing we didn't like. It was in a great location, we were able to walk, bus, or uber everywhere. If you have a car, there are times when the entrance is super busy, but that's no big deal.
