Loved the location, room was clean

Nice hotel that is within walking distance to many historic places.

The hot water in the shower. If you don't get up early, the water will be luke warm and barely trickle out of the showerhead. Pretty bad for a Hilton.

I like the location

The bath tub and sink was filthy. Look like someone poured coffee into the sink and left it there. The AC was filthy and the filter fell off. There was no soap,washing rags and no working phone.

Beautiful view, prob better with nicer weather. Great location and easy to find. Parking attached to the hotel was a big plus and the restaurant is a nice addition.

The fees associated with the room and parking charges for guests when the room rates are high.

When we booked our trip it was a breakfast included package. We then we’re told that it wasn’t included after we had already ate. The breakfast was not great and EXTREMELY overprice! 116.00 dollars for a subpar meal.

Our room smelled like marijuana, and I tried calling the front desk 4-5 times but any and all calls were unanswered. I let the desk know upon check out and all she said was thanks for letting me know.

The room was very comfortable after coming back from a concert. The restaurant was also really, really good. I had the grilled cheese and it was bomb. Our waiter, Antwan, was also *the most* diligent and attentive server I think this planet could offer. He's incredible; he even gave us free breakfast vouchers when he noticed our check-in time was severely delayed.

I was told check-in was at 4. I checked in at 4 and the man at the desk said my room wasn't ready yet. He wrote down my last name and phone number and told me he'd call me whenever my room was ready. I did not ever receive a call. It wasn't until I went back up to the desk at 5:20(!!!) that the new employee told me that my room *was* ready. She said I wasn't 'checked in' even though he said he did. This caused unnecessary stress for my stay; I wish he would've just given me a time estimate to come back up to the desk instead of writing down my phone number for a call that never came.

The rooms are so outdated. They were barely clean. They didn't tell me I had a connecting room, which I did not appreciate. I also want to mention that there are zero USB plugs in hotel room, and half the outlets didn't work. It was definitely busy, but you would think they would have prepared for the crowd. I always thought Hilton was an excellent company and hotel chain, I may have to reconsider staying again. This place is only good for location.

It's close by, very convenient, always a great establishment to return back to. Our forth time visiting. We appreciate the hospitality & friendliness. Treated wonderfully. Every time we visit we're treated with respect, those who work for Hilton & the restaurant attached, know us by face.

We are extremely very disappointed with our stay. We came to the city to get some restful sleep and rejuvenate. We are looking for quiet down time being hosting family from displacements from tornado. Unfortunately, the room next door had kids that keeps making noises and that what hi we are trying to escape. We didn’t get fully rested or relaxed as we are hoping for…….. Extremely unhappy ☹️ that we didn’t get the result what we are here to conquering.☹️😳

The service was greatly disappointing. Lack of room cleaning, given erroneous information by staff multiple times, rudeness from the staff, flooding in the property, pool not available. Disappointing truly sums it up.
