Good for a short stay.

Good Location, with lots of eateries.

Only one takeaway food is open from 9 pm. The car park is way away from the rooms.

It was decent over all, except for the mattresses and no microwave provided.

It was ok

The beds sunk too much, causing me back pain, plus I was surprised that there wasn't a microwave oven provided.

CLEAN and COMFORTABLE ROOMS AND FRIENDLY STAFF and good restaurants!

Elevators for parking garage weren’t working at the time, and parking in the garage was a little confusing.

Disappointed

Nothing outstanding. Put off immediately with having to pay cash for valet parking, seemed a little shady.

Valet parking experience was horrible. One member was down right obnoxious when I tried to get a luggage cart to take to the room to bring my luggage down. I’d rather deal with the gypsies in Spain than this bunch.

That the row is easy to get to each of the casinos.

Circus Circus could have gaming tables.could have been cleaner and better way to sky tower .and need a pool

The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

I loved the room itself, it was so nice, clean, and comfortable.

I was a little disappointed in the fact there wasn’t a mini fridge and microwave in room. However; I understand that there was 24 floors in the motel we stayed in and having them all stocked with appliances would be a far stretch.

Great

The location is excellent. The reservation staff was excellent. The room was roomy. The bathroom was clean with excellent water pressure

The airport shuttle service guy was rude and late both times. The shows in the midway game area only showed at night not during the day

Nice snooze. Won’t be back soon.

The bed was comfortable.

The first night, there was a couple next door with a baby and a toddler. I was dead asleep when they went into the room. The couple made no effort to quiet the children for at least two hours. There were lots of shops, drinking spots, etc that were closed during my weeklong stay. I understood places going dark on a Monday but on a Thursday night?!

Bedsheets had a blood looking stain, took forever to get a crib for housekeeping to bring to my room, the room phones work terribly you can not hear the customer service. Got a room near a party of fifteen guys and they were loud all night and my baby couldnot sleep. It really needs to be smoke free casino there should be no reason people can smoke indoors.

Probably will not ever stay at Circus Circus again

Convenient to things that you wanted to do

Problems with the escalators, not working, and quit working in the middle of being on one and the signage for where the front desk was to check in. Also the parking lot or not marked very well either.

Exceptional

Clean, nice room, good location.

Not enough employees at checkin. Too slow. Fee charged at check-in was a surprise, not explained ahead of check-in that you were going to charge more money against my credit card.

Downtown Reno, beds comfortable, room clean

No Circus acts, many carnival games unattended, slot machines no payback, carpets dirty in general areas, registration entrance dirty, no buffet

Pleasant

The hotel was so close to I-80

We had reserved two rooms but they were not clean. The Coffee maker and the Mattress’ sheets. We called the desk to tell them that the mattress’ sheets were not clean. It took one hour but, nobody showed up and as it was 2 o’clock we had to goo to sleep and told the desk to forget it.

DWIGHT YOKAM CONCERT WAS THE BEST PART OF OUR TRIP

Room was fine.

The Row was dead during the day. Night was full of college kids. No keno so we went to silver legacy. It was not fun either. Went to our concert then went home the next morning

over all we enjoyed the restaurants and location to the bowling center

The staff was great

the Tram was not running between the two buildings and we where there with bowling equipment and have to go up and down stairs with this equipment and suit cases was not an option when I am all ready having knee problems. So need to work this out because I saw many people having problems with stairs and luggage.

It met a need for a night.

The price and location. In room coffee.

The trash cans had food trash from previous occupant that was very smelly. There was a rattle in the wall that rattled every time the wind blew. The AC/fan sounded like it was dying a slow painful death..
