Gross, sauber, schöner Poolbereich

unfreundliches Personal - angefangen als wir zu früh dort waren, ganz unfreundliche Dame an der Rezeption- mussten 1 Stunde warten. Und bei kaputten Föhn ist das Personal nicht bereit gewesen einen neuen zu bringen.

La localización es muy buena. Tiene muchas instalaciones, piscina, bar, restaurante, tienda, Arcade (regalan 5$ para probar), bolera, sala de juegos… habitación amplia y camas cómodas.

La bañera, que era muy amplia, resbalaba un poco si la usabas como ducha.

Sehr gutes amerikanisches Frühstück mit frischem Obst, richtigen Geschirr (keine Pappteller, -becher und Plastikbesteck), bequemes Bett.

Das Personal wirkte sehr lustlos und wenig zugewandt. Es kam Gefühl des Willkommenseins auf. Der Preis ist absolut überteuert.

Café da Manhã cobrado a parte , $20 por pessoa não compensa pelo que é oferecido.

A Diária foi cara para um hotel 3 estrelas. Corredores estreitos e escuros . Não houve flexibilidade para conseguir late check-out, mesmo com hotel vazio.

The property was nice, but not 350 a night nice. Getting coupons for the breakfast buffet made it valuable. Bed very comfortable. Shower was nice.

Food we did pay for was overpriced. The burger was marginal, the chicken tenders were awful. Beer was served in a frosted Pilsner glass. It was an ipa. The ac unit in our room ran unless we unplugged it, regardless of the temperature setting. Some rooms had curtains, others didn’t. I dunno. Not worth the investment.

Hotel moderno, composto da più edifici. Camera molto grande con lavabo sia nel bagno che all’entrata della camera. Siamo rimasti solo una notte e non abbiamo utilizzato i servizi come piscina e sala bowling

La sala colazione è poco capiente rispetto al numero degli ospiti, per cui bisogna aspettare in coda che si l’oberi un tavolo

Comfortable and high quality furnishings, lovely decor.

Booking messed up our reservations but Squire Resort got it all worked out.

Great location, a short drive to the Grand Canyon. Lots for the kids to do.

The location is just 13 min away from the grand canyon village.

The staff at arrival had us wait an hour prior to the checkin at 16:00 instead of telling us that the rooms would not be released by system till then… I suggest if you arrive early to head on to the movie theater which was a great 35min experience. Also, we stayed two nights and they told us that our room will not be cleaned. I don’t know why… and this is quite bad for a four star rated hotel. Soap was empty in our shower too.

Die Lage war wirklich klasse. Und auch das Hotel hat bei weitem unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung und sehr groß, aber gerade das Angebot im Hotel wie Pool, Fitnessstudio etc ist super schön. Für die Lage und Anbindung fanden wir den Preis auch angemessen, obwohl es natürlich eher im oberen Preissegment liegt.

Hele ruime en schone kamers, personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bijzonder veel faciliteiten voor een hotel (zelfs inclusief bowling 😃), de locatie op 10 minuten van de Grand Canyon (visitor center) is perfect

Dangerous bathroom: high tub wall to climb over for shower, and tub had slippery bottom. Bed linens were coarse with terrible pillows. Vodka tasted watered down. Food horrible in noisy “pub” and couldn’t get into restaurant

Prachtige ruime kamer en een lekker ontbijt.

Het ontvangst bij het inchecken. Je betaalt mega veel voor dit hotel, dan verwacht ik wel wat klantvriendelijkheid.

Perfect check in, nice room and great amenities

Realmente nada.

Aire centralizado que no se puede apagar (estamos con gripe), restaurante con atencion patetica (lento, malo y caro). Recepcion poco atenta y amable.

Facilities were very nice.

Check in was precisely at 4 pm. Without an explanation, even at 3:50 guests were told to wait to check in until 4 pm.

Très bel hôtel, personnel accueillant. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont top après une bonne journée. Très belle chambre, bien équipée et propre. Le restaurant est bien, on y mange bien et tarif convenable

Al momento del Check out la receptionista si è rifiutata di rilasciarci regolare fattura in quanto diceva che la camera era stata pagata e da loro fatturata a booking.com dopo lo nostre insistenze ci ha rilasciato una ricevuta con il nostro nominativo, ma priva dell'importo da noi pagato.

Queue to the coffee in the morning

Good location. It takes about 10 min to drive to the Grand Canyon National Park. Free coffee and hot water at the lobby. The room was a bit outdated but it was spacious and clean

The breakfast buffet...definitely not worth $20. It is strange that they are not able to charge it to the room bill. We had to pay by visa card

It was a beautiful hotel, with great facilities and good food

It was overpriced due to its location close to the Grand Canyon (10 min drive). I was limited with where I could stay because public transport to the park from other locations was poor. You have to take a cab from the hotel to get to the park which is $19 one way and they are not very reliable, can be waiting anywhere from 10 min to over an hour and depending on the line at the park gate you can be waiting a while there too.

Great location for visiting the Grand Canyon. The staff were very welcoming, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We had 2 excellent dinners in their dining room.

Hôtel à 15’ en voiture du village de grand canyon, desservi par une navette pour gagner le grand canyon et 5’ à pied de l’aérodrome Bien équipé mais malheureusement par manque de temps nous n’avons pas pu profiter des équipements de l’hôtel Chambre propre mais simple
