Definitely the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, even though the hot tub didn’t work.

The bed, the cleanliness, the amount of towels and soaps, the heating and the lighting

I paid for a hot tub that didn’t work. One button nearly fell off, and the other felt like it was glued tight, to where it wouldn’t move.

Staff at front desk could be more friendly. Walls seem paper thin, guest next door played very loud music all night until at-least 6a.m

I love the location The view was very nice. I love the overall look of the hotel.

The overall stay was pretty good but the cleanliness was not ok and tile was coming up by the jacuzzi tub and the tiles was dirty . Stains on the mattress . And there was miscellaneous charges on my credit card

Andre the bellman was great. The whole staff was very friendly.

No coffee bar for morning and no vending machines. Nowhere to get a bottle of pop or water.

the property was beautiful and the bellman and valets were wonderful.

The linens were cheap and rough and the pillows were so tiny and terrible. It was impossible to get a hold of front desk staff for anything and the expensive room service was powdered eggs and burnt toast. It was terrible food!

Pricey stay at $450/night...not worth it with the poor cleanliness, loudness, and poor room service

The layout of the room was great! The bed was super comfortable.

The cleanliness was awful....there was a sticky liquid substance on many surfaces. GROSS! Area outside EXTREMELY LOUD until 4am!! We ordered room service the night before for 10am and it never came:(

Room was large and plenty of space for a crib since we had a baby with us.

There was no breakfast because the chef had not arrived for work, very disappointing. Could Evan get coffee

Breakfast and the chef to be on time for work. Was told the night before they have a Buffett but because of the holiday there was none and no chef to order alcarte.

The hotel suites

The room was beautiful. However, it needs be rejuvenated. Such as granite around the tub was stained that appeared to be dirty. The carpet looks worn out. We have stayed at 5 stars hotels that offers a couple of complimentary bottles of water for your stay. It shows gratitude for staying at such beautiful and sophisticated hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Suite was beautiful! Staff went above and beyond! Our trip involved an unexpected trip to hosp and upon return; we were welcomed and treated like a concerned family. That's hard to find today
