Boa localização, próxima ao metro, supermercado e farmácia; quarto espaçoso; café (bebida) disponível pela manhã.

Fomos alocados em quarto de fumante, apesar de não sermos fumantes, então tinha um cheiro forte de cigarro.

Clean and comfortable, close to get to Universal Studios and Hollywood and free parking.

A lot of homeless around, but no fault of the hotel.

It’s a horrible and disgusting and extremely dirty hotel full of drug dealers and drug users.

The internet connection always is very low you can’t even surf the net or do anything and nobody knows how to do anything about it

If you’re checking in here and you’ve been to the hotel in the past then the staff will most likely try to pin something on you from a previous room you were in such as crack pipe burn marks on the mattress even when you don’t smoke.

Great for the price

Price for location is very great and probably tough to beat! Nice free parking in the backyard, not visible from street, which feels more secure. Simple room, had a big bed, a fridge, bathroom with a hair dryer. Good for a short stay.

Room had an odd smell, could have been a bit cleaner. Was hoping for a thicker blanket. Quite thin walls, could hear other rooms. Located on a busy street too, so you will hear the traffic, especially in the morning hours.

Great value stay close to Hollywood and public transport

Great location close to public transport links and an easy walk to Hollywood itself. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Great value for money considering the location.

Good enough for a few nights

Nearby metro station, not far away from the Hollywood walk of fame and a few other attractions. Kind employees.

Some stuff in the room is already old and in a bad shape, a lot of noises and smells all around.

Rudest ever

Absolutely Nothing ! The People that operate this establoshment have litterally the worst customer service ever. Rude & Mean & Evil Elitist attitudes. Treating their customers as less than , as if they don't deserve common courtesy and human decency. Charging ridiculous amounts for a deposit fees, more than most of the motel in the vicinity. And, it's the deposit fee isn't even openly visible along with the regular motel fees on Booking.com , and i venture to say it's probably the same way on their website. Because if people new about the amount of the fees before had the reservations would be little to none.

It was as a place to lay down

Need to be clean better, and the people upstairs were so loud. Sounded like they were moving the room around and made it a gym

Staff and room was fine. The location on the map was convenient, close to supermarkets and bus stops. Value for money.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few homeless around the hotel. In the day time it was fine but at night time it was a bit sketchy. I would feel very insecure if I was travelling alone. 24h reception made it feel a bit better.

Location good, not far from Hollywood/Universal/Warner Bros and also not far from downtown/Chinatown. New Target across the street for snacks, shopping etc. Room was clean, WiFi met teenage duaghter's needs. Hallway/entrance was a bit dingy when we arrived, but new carpet was installed during our stay which geatly improved things.

Not the best neighborhood - homeless people out front, etc - but not particularly threatening.
