Terrible

Toilet broke no body came to fix it. Front desk wasn’t helpful at all while getting a refund. Room was dirty. No one did housekeeping at all while there

I was totaly disatisfied

Nothing to like about this establishment the location is terrible and the hotel itself is rundown. There are too many people coming and going that do not have rooms and the lobby is shameful .

The hotel is run down and it is not very clean looking . It lacks any type of charm and is not welcoming . And there is no appliances in the rooms , and rooms are very rundown and shabby . And the management are very unwilling to work withy customers . No breakfast, not even a juice machine .

I had a place to sleep, but everything else about this stay was awful.

I had a place to sleep. The shower had plenty of hot water. There was parking available.

TV did not work. Poor lighting. Outdated and run down. Room keys did not work repeatedly. Very noisy and loud guests. Smelled like cat urine in the halls. AC or fans did not work in the room. No screen in the window to keep the bugs out.

Awful hotel

Nothing

Room smelled of cigarettes and urine. Room floor was sticky, pillows had hair on them. Cigarette burns in comforter. Police presence for occupant complaints. Unhelpful staff. We ended up leaving at 2am and slept in our car.

Horrible!!

Convenient location.

Extremely noisy ALL night. Security pounding on our door at 2 AM because they thought they saw people climbing in our room window.....we were the only room in the place that was dark, quiet and peaceful because we were attempting to sleep. Popcorn crumbs in the bed. Dirty floors. No amenities besides a bar of soap. Worst hotel experience of my life!!!
