Typically nice hotel but under construction from 8 to 8.

Location is fantastic. Rooms are large, and I love the lavender in the room

Phone in room didn't work. Took 15 min to get hot water on the 7th floor. If I knew construction would be stating above us at 8am I wouldn't have stayed there. It was very, very loud.

everything is fine but I didn’t rest and they didn’t even offer me a headache pill or a cup of coffee for the terrible n

I liked the bar and the staff who served quickly! The room is clean, everything around is safe and beautiful.

noise! noise, noise, noise!!! construction work was carried out from 8 am to 6 pm, I could not rest, they drilled for 2 hours in the evening, I could not speak normally on the phone in the room!

I wouldn’t stay there again unless it is updated.

Breakfast was fine & the server was extremely friendly. The neighboring area was nice & provided a place to walk.

The bed needed a new mattress. The interior of the room was old and needs to be updated.

Was there for a wedding and EVERYTHING was super. The wait staff, Check In and Out people, everyone

Did not stay for breakfast, but heard family members say how GREAT it was. My room was terrific and loved the robe provided. Bed was comfortable as were the PILLOWS.

Didn't see much HANDICAPPED Parking close to the entrance.

The Bestin at the westin

Such a good spot if you want to be close to O’Hare but don’t want to deal with all the crazy there’s a huge long hiking trail in between buildings that’s very safe and fun if you want to be able to walk around in peace by nature, but also be right by your hotel and then drive a non-interstate road to O’Hare. This is the place for you plus the hotel awesome and has a great view

Other than the smoking area, everything is good during my stay.

The room is clean and well maintained. The bedding is great for sleep.

1. Few Receptionist seems not well trained. 2. Smoking area is in front of the main entrance, but the seats are not well maintained, which spoils the environment.

I got charged for the room twice. I pre-paid for the room online, on booking.com, and upon checking out, they charged me on the credit card on file again. The receipt they handed me at check out indicated a $0.00 balance. I received an email from the hotel with a different receipt showing the room rate plus tax that was charged on the credit card I handed to them at check in. Called the hotel ahead of time to ask whether a room is available for early check in. Staff told me the room will be ready by 2:00 PM. Arrived on the agreed upon time and was told that there wasn't any room available.

Thank you Westin for making our stay very enjoyable.

The gentleman who helped us check in was extremely helpful and cordial. We arrived on a flight from out of town well before the usual check in time but were given our room just the same. This allowed us some time to decompress after our flight before we had to get ready for the special event we came to attend
