Good hotel except for some staff.

O tamanho do quarto é por ser um hotel recente.

Staff. We were received by a lady in the reception (she identified herself as Ativia Jones, but not sure that was her real name), that during the check-in, check-out and other interaction was completely unprofessional, rude and unpolited! I really recommend to the management of the hotel to check how this person interacts with the Clients!

Exceptional staff!

The front desk staff was exceptional. We left feeling like we became friends with several of them. The housekeeping staff was exceptionally nice despite our demanding requests. The people that greet you at a hotel can make or break your stay. They made our stay worthwhile.

The shuttle driver was not friendly or hospitable, even though we tipped him each time we use the shuttle. The noise and commotion outside our room each night was unacceptable. A night one there was a loud party going on next-door throughout the night. A night to the police were outside our door interviewing a guest at the hotel late at night. On night three the room across from us had a dog barking at the door.

Huvudmålet med resan var att se Titans match på Nissan Stadium och dit var det gångavstånd. Vi ville också uppleva Count

Fina rum och väldigt trevlig personal. En härlig bar med lite familjär stämning. Hotellets shuttlebuss som körde gratis till och från city även fast det var gångavstånd (ca 20 min)

Önskade att kaffet hade smakat lite mer.

I would probably stay there again.

Hotel was nice, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Fairly close to Broadway and points of interest. Breakfast was good. Free shuttle into town.

Hotel was a little hard to find. The free shuttle only held about 13 people. We took it to drop off location near Broadway area but coming back it filled up fast and couldn't take all the people waiting. Driver said we had to wait an hour for him to come back. So we walked and it took us half an hour to get back to the hotel. The hotel needs another shuttle and needs to tell people they should to get to shuttle pick up location half an hour before it is due to ensure a seat.

Awesome location Friendly staff Stefan, our host on a gondola ride was one of the amazing staff that made us laugh and feel comfortable and enjoy ourselves that much more

We enjoyed our stay but hoped for a bit more.

We liked the free shuttle to downtown and friendly staff. The rooms were nice.

We wish that breakfast was included as 12$ a person was a little steep and a little disappointed that they didn't have laundry services. The area wasn't the best to walk around in but expected for a cheaper hotel. Housekeeping was in the evening, which we weren't aware of, so we missed the service multiple times and it was hard to communicate with the housekeepers.

Definitely not the value that it was when it was Clarion

Tried to double charge me when I checked in because when I booked it the hotel was Clarion. The shuttle was suppose to pick up the last time at 830. We was at the spot at 810 waiting in the rain for them not to show up. When I called the front desk they said he was already there and done for the day.

Good VFM options and friendly staff

Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help you. Ely was the shuttle driver and very friendly. Shuttle was a great service. Hotel would have been a bit out of the way without it.

Renovations were going on and reception areas were dated. Breakfast was ok, self service and basic.

Nice hotel but disappointed due to being lied to about the indoor pool being open.

It was very clean, besides the construction going on. Which I was unaware of. The rooms are a good size. We stayed in a double queen. We had plenty of room. The bathroom had a tub/shower but the water wasn’t hot. It was lukewarm our entire stay. The free breakfast is very nice. They also have a bar/restaurant, a snack stand filled with goodies and drinks. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Especially a gentleman who worked on the 2nd shift.

I booked this hotel precisely due to the pool for our 9yr old little girl. I called the day before our arrival to double check that we l beautiful indoor pool was open. I was told yes. We arrived and when I asked where the pool was I was informed that it was closed due to construction. They gave us the option to drive 4 miles to another hotel and swim in their pool. It was very much of an inconvenience.

Could have been better...

The staff was friendly and as soon as you walked in they told us that they didn't have water all day and that it was getting fixed. It would have been nice to have known that before I booked the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Waffles, pancakes, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. It wasn't bad though. It would have been nice if the milk had been labeled. Room was comfortable and very clean which was fantastic.

I didn't like the neighborhood at all. The neighborhood was very rough. There were sirens all night and it kept some of us awake. We got food at the bar and it took almost an hour to get it because it was one of the front desk people cooking. There wasn't a hot tub which was the thing we were looking forward to the most after traveling all day. The shuttle only ran until 9pm so we felt like we couldn't go anywhere once we got there. Also, we had to pay $20 + tax to park in their parking lot.

One elevator out of order. One morning shower was only lukewarm. No fan in the room. No control of heat/ac. $20 per day to park in the hotel parking lot where you’re paying to stay already

It was fine

The breakfast was great. And the shuttle was as well.

The hotel is a bit outdated room wise but overall it wasn’t bad. The elevators stopped working and the only way into the stairs was the emergency exit on the outside of the property. Then the doors were locked and maintenance could only get into some of the floors.

Shower great pressure plenty of hot water. Bartender Justin was awesome, overworked, poor bar design, too much for 1 person...but he made up for rude front desk clerk.

Rm. 203...I asked for handicap. Got to room and there was one bed, for 3 older lady friends...? Moved to std. rm., Beds were too high, difficult to get up on for older person, one with bad back uses a cane and you can't sit on them with your feet on the floor. Dangerous... Room not big enough for 2 queens, awkward to move around, can't imagine 4 people in room. Bathroom door squeaked terribly, rusty hinges. 3 friends in the room & it woke all when anyone got up during night annoyed us all.. TV remote needed batteries. Check in clerk was rude, no welcome, eye contact, or smile, nor any help w questions, Sasha..not sure of her name? had 2" long gross fingernails? ugh we were so disappointed upon arrival, after our 4 hr drive & start of our vacation. Talked to Angel, know that Holiday Inn is taking over & renovations are coming. Good,! needs it. dated & worn out looking, but good value.

Uncomfortable

I did not get the room I booked We slept uncomfortably due to only having one bed. I have booked a room with two queens. Checked out a night early due to this problem and we told we would be reimbursed for the unstated night and have yet to see the refund.

Pleasant

The staff were helpful and attentive; Tiffany who was the front desk clerk made our vacation enjoyable with her friendliness and helpful assistance. The shuttle bus service, pool and fitness room were great!

The location that surrounded the hotel wasn't very pleasant; a warehouse type of environment surrounded the hotel, and the rooms and hallways could use some sprucing for a more inviting look.

Convenient.

The location and access to downtown Nashville was perfect. The shuttle to and from downtown was also very convenient. The bar and Justin the bartender was nice with a wide selection. The lobby and outside sitting area were comfortable and nice.

Could have been cleaner. Needs more attention to detail with the cleaning. Just a small area for outside seating.
