It was fine for the price except the lack of elevator.

Conveniently located to the falls. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

No elevator. We are seniors and had to carry all our luggage upstairs. Property very old.

A great place to stay!

The location was perfectly within restaurants and stores. Breakfast was delicious and they served a variety of things. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Nothing negative comes to mind.

We’ve stayed here twice and were treated well each time. Would stay here again.

Good location for a reasonable price. Room was very large and easily accommodated the 2 of us and our large dog. Staff was very accommodating and even gave us a goodie bag for our dog. Would definitely stay here again.

The surrounding area is a bit sketchy for dog walking.

This was the perfect stay for a night mid road trip with kids

The pool was warm. The free soup and cookies at six pm - great idea! 24 hour juice /coffee / tea /hot chocolate was very nice.

The coffee was decent, and there was a nice pet area

It was very old feeling, and just seemed dirty. The tub squawked when you moved in it. The price for this hotel was ridiculous, especially considering what it was like 😒

Staff was decent when I needed them. Nothing special, but nothing bad.

Smells poorly. Like Spoiled maple syrup, if that's even a thing.... Mold on popcorn ceiling.

Nice staff, clean room, complementary breakfast, quiet, reasonable price. Ideal for a short stop-over.

From the outside the building and the place, directly beside the highway entrance, isn't to attractive, but once walked in all is fine!

Disappointed!

The free shuttle to the airport was not available to us because we had an early flight. Really? If I had known that... we would not have booked to stay there .Again...no free breakfast because we had to leave early!

Dirty, run down, we had to ask for clean sheets because the sheets are dirty. Breakfast was awful. I'm disputing the charge on my credit card

Would not stay at that location again.Cancelled my reservation for coming back - was to stay there

The maid service wasnt at the top level- couldnt find the remote until they looked under the bed. The noise was terrible - couldnt sleep due to kids running above us and running up and down the stairs and hallway-Nothing done about it.

Staff was pleasant! They made the stay for me. Especially the front desk. Food was decent when available.

The pool, though over chlorinated, was nice for the kids. Tidy, reasonably comfortable, but most of all the lady at the front desk was FANTASTIC. She said her name and I held onto it but not quite long enough until I wrote this review. Older lady, very kind and funny. She made the stay what it was, so Thank you.

Dogs barking, noisy, stomping. strange location but that isn’t their fault I suppose. The breakfast staff was very much lacking. Stalling to put any food out after it had been empty for about ten minutes. Once they did “ restock”, it was not enough for the people that had been waiting. I’m not sure it was the staff so much as the owners guidance.

Toni is very awesome 🤩 the pool is warm and the hot tub is definitely hot

There was a remodel taking place die to a bursted pipe. Limited breakfast and no coffee or juice available, which is why I chose this location.

It was great to be on the 1st floor and the room was comfortable.

The entrance was a mess because they had a water leak so it was under construction.

Beds were comfy, location for travellers is good, breakfast had good variety.
