Ran down facility

Facility needs to be demolished as it is ran down. Building is falling apart. The rooms smell and have stains everywhere. Housekeeping is done every 2 to 3 days rather than every day. There are broken down vehicles, construction stuff and other items in the parking lot. No pool and just a muddy area. Dust and dirt in walk way.

It was ok for a place to sleep. However, I will choose another place the next time. Yes my room was a renovated one, however before you start allowing guest to stay there you might want to have it fully renovated and not take 3 years to do it and stop allowing randoms to stay there. You are in Clive, Iowa which is a pretty classy town. Be mindful of who you have staying in your establishment.

The elevator didn't work and it seemed dingy. Almost like they didn't care

Everything was fine.

The only thing was when we checked out at 7am no one was at the desk so we never received a statement of our payment. I don’t think we received one by email either.

Room was clean and comfortable.

There was not much of a continental breakfast (very small rolls and coffee. -- no milk). I don't know if this was because they were in the middle of remodeling, or if that's the usual fare. If it was due to remodeling, it would have been nice to be notified in advance when I booked it.

Never again.

They were not serving breakfast due to renovations and that wasn’t told to us when we reserved and was part of the reason we chose this hotel.

Room said it had a balcony when in fact none of the rooms had a balcony. Doors looked like at one point or another they had been ripped open by a crowbar. Could hear construction being done at midnight.

Very poor hotel that was rundown with trash and didn’t feel safe!

Nothing!!

Hotel was run down. There were many broken down cars with flat tires. The hotel looked like it hadn’t had any real maintenance in years. I would encourage people to avoid this hotel!!

I was glad to leave.

Close to venues visited.

Room 101 was not handicapped accessible. No handicapped parking near room. Door frame had evidence of a break-in. Door did not seal and cold air invaded. The shower did not have an anti slip surface and no safety grab bars. Not even a soap dish in the shower.

Absolutely horrible! Construction every area? Very dirty, cold, torn apart everywhere. Not safe, nor is it OSHA approved. Noisy !

location is close to downtown

the staff was not professional, the room was not comfortable, they let fresh paint in the room , the door lock was not working and there is bicthes all around the lobby , the take 50$ deposit which they don’t tell in reservation

the guy who checked us in has a good attitude and was really nice.

it was in a good location and the parking lot was cleared of snow so it was easy to access the parking lot.

for just getting a room out of the weather to sleep in for five hours it was a bit expensive but it was there when we needed it
