Unfriendly and incompetent staff, terrible breakfast, comfortable beds

Beds were comfortable

Check in took almost 30 minutes. I paid for it thru booking.com but the front desk clerk made me pay for it again. Then I had to go thru it all again with the morning desk clerk. Supposedly I will get it refunded to my credit card in 5-7 days. The breakfast was a joke. Terrible

Okay for the situation.

Indoor pool, location, and cost.

Room was a box. Beds were not comfortable. There was no elevator. The key took 5 tries to get the door open. The curtains blocked most of the air when they were closed. You either had to sleep in a stuffy room or have a crap ton of light in your eyes while trying to sleep.

indoor pool and the guy up front gave me a 30 minute late checkout.

I started my period during my stay. unfortunately, I inadvertently got some blood on a couple bath towels. the next morning, my boyfriend gathered all the towels and linens and handed them over to housekeeping before I even had the chance to wash/clean them off. ultimately, the hotel kept my deposit bc of the towels.

Only in town for one night. Overall pleased with our stay. Would stay again.

The hot waffles and sausage breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed the warm clean pool with the family. Woke up refreshed from a good night sleep in a comfy bed.

The toilet kept running. Lol!😂 Just needed to make sure handle was all the way up. Easy fix.

It was close to our location.

The rooms are old and out dated. The HOT breakfast was a waffle and sausage patties, that's it. Horrible hotel. Will never stay there again.

It was not a smoke free hotel, need extra towels in room,and bathroom floor were unsafe a person can slip and fall.
