Top Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Das Hotel ist direkt am Westeingang vom Yellowstone gelegen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top, und das Frühstück war sogar auch mit inbegriffen. Das Zimmer war recht groß und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Das Hotel ist etwas hellhörig.

Vollkommen überteuert in guter Lage

Gute Lage zum NP halt - aber die ist bei wirklich jeder Unterkunft in West Yellowstone gleichermaßen so...

Vollkommen überteuert, wenn man das Hotel-Gesamtpaket als "Deluxe Zimmer" + zusätzlichen Kosten betrachten soll. Wir haben schon in besseren und gleichwohl preisgünstigeren Hotelzimmern in den USA übernachtet, und das nicht in der Pampa... Auch die Ansage von BOOKING "Der angezeigte Endpreis ist der Betrag, den Sie an die Unterkunft zahlen müssen" ist schlicht falsch: Es wurden dort noch zusätzlich pro Tag 15$ "Vergnügungssteuer" (Amenity Fee) in Rechnung gestellt. Wofür ist nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar. Ab wann wird so etwas unseriös, werte BOOKING-Kollegen?

Mildew and rust in the bathroom are big red flags to how they care about their guests.

Not much to be honest

There are so many things. The parking is horrible. All of it is in the back, yet when we visited two busses took over half the lot. I can’t even imagine how annoying that would be during a busy season. We were told to use the back door since it’s closer to our room, yet that must also be where guests are told to smoke because there were ash containers around and three people smoking. We had to walk through that shit to even get to the door, and I am highly sensitive to cigarette smoke. The inside hallway smelled of smoke too. When we got to our room, I instantly noticed it smelled like mildew, and the shower was covered in it. Black markings everywhere on the grout. So gross. I noticed the toilet paper dispenser had rust on it too. We decided right away we were going to skip showers. Thankfully the beds seemed clean and we did sleep well. The next morning, it was literally impossible to get breakfast. It was SO packed. Standing room only. And when I browsed the offerings, it was very picked over anyway. So disappointing. We left without eating. Our stay was very late in the season, when it wasn’t even busy. I can’t imagine how stressful and overwhelming it would be to get out of their parking lot at the height of the season. All in all, not a great stay. We will not recommend this place or return.

De kamer is prima, erg ruim. Bedden zijn heel goed! Ontbijt staat niet op de site maar er is een beperkt ontbijt. Positief! Ook positief is dat je gratis gebruik mag maken van de wasmachine en -droger.

Yellowstone in 3 giorni.

E' una struttura molto grande e alcuni spazi comuni sono un pò lasciati andare. La struttura è vicina all'ingresso del parco e con una passeggiata si arriva tranquillamente alla zona ristoranti e negozi. La colazione è inclusa. E' molto varia, ma propone sostanzialmente prodotti confezionati da riscaldare in autonomia. La pulizia della sala colazione, vuoi per il gran numero degli ospiti, non era il massimo. Ottimo che la zona colazione sia sempre aperta e ci siano bibite e caffè disponibili. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la possibilità di provare i marshmallows abbrustoliti. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è dei migliori, ma a in questa città non si trova di meglio. La camera è grande e accogliente, e molto silenziosa. Ci tornerei.

Non so se è stata una mia svista, ma su booking non era specificato il pagamento di un sovrapprezzo per le attività ricreative. Il garage era troppo piccolo per tutti gli ospiti, ma c'è un parcheggio esterno capiente.

Estancia correcta (bien ubicado para el P.N.), pero mejorable precio y atención en el desayuno.

Buena ubicación en el pueblo de West Yellowstone. Habitación de buen tamaño (reservada habitación con 2 camas), con instalaciones adecuadas. Personal amable, especialmente un empleado joven de la Recepción.

Mayor espacio para el desayuno y mejor atendida la sustitución de productos. Parking propio, pero con escaso espacio para todos los clientes y, a diferencia de otros hoteles de la zona, no tienen prácticamente sitio para aparcar en la calle. Relación precio/calidad: Regular. El hotel no estaba mal pero el precio era muy elevado, quizá por ser la estancia cercana a un fin de semana largo

Vista Yellowstone

The location was great, the bed comfortable and the shower pressure was decent. It has a gym, pool and laundry facilities fir guests. They also provided a free breakfast.

It could get slightly noisy from the other guests.

Worst stay of all places on a 2-week road trip.

Convenient location and comfortable beds. That’s about it.

Elevator wasn’t functioning. Staff was very lazy and rude, not offering basic information to confirm my stay. Often repeating the phrase “you’re the one who booked, didn’t you?” Breakfast was crowded with lack of seating and cleanliness. Horribly understaffed.

Perfetto per visitare Yellowstone

Ottima la posizione, sia per visitare il parco che per i servizi (negozi e ristoranti) presenti. Bella la piscina e la Jacuzzi e ottima la lavanderia gratuita. La camera grande e i letti comodi.

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata e anche la pulizia delle zone comuni, ma la sempre presente moquette credo che non aiuti. Staff poco socievole, ma efficiente.

A must stay for West Yellowstone

We liked how close the hotel was to the West Entrance of Yellowstone and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the hotel rooms were large. Laundry facilities could be used for free (I brought my own detergent), but there was usually a wait to use the facilities. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice for our kid.

More breakfast options would be nice.

Good, clean with underground garage parking

The location is terrific and we really appreciated the garage for winter parking. It is first come for garage parking, there is plenty of parking outside.. Michael at the front desk was personable and on top of things. This is an older hotel, but it's clean and feels safe. The breakfast buffet was basic, and had most everything you needed. Smores in the evening were a very nice treat!

It's a good hotel, propably needs an upgrade in a few years

Would definitely stay there again!

We were upgraded to a suite. Very nice surprise! We had a beautiful room and beds were amazing.

Our refrigerator was not turned on and the food we put in it spoiled and had to be thrown. Assumed it was on when we arrived. No kleenex in the room. Pool was closed but we walked across the street and used another hotel pool.

Great location

The location it was center and accessible to everything, and the room size were great. When i requested for housekeeping for our room to be cleaned they were not thorough.

There was an old socks left in the back corner of the room for several days, it wasn’t ours, which i told the front desk and they apologized for it.

This inn is very close to the West Yellowstone entrance. The amenities were good and free. Great stay.

Something in the shower smelled damp and like mildew. I’m not sure if it was the shower curtain or shower rug. The room also got musty very easy and there was no way to circulate the air in the room. I couldn’t open the windows and turning the fan on didn’t seem to help either.

really great place to stay

comfortable beds and pillows. underground parking was great. very nice that much of the breakfast area and offerings were available 24/7. Free nightly s’mores kits were a nice touch.

breakfast was mostly carbs and same every day (we were there 4 nights). addition of hot offerings and some variety would make this place a 10

Everything was great but update the bathroom

The staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was great and they kept it well stocked and clean. Pool/hottub was great and clean. First night the hot tub was very gross but they cleaned it and it looked grear.

The bathroom in the room was dirty, hair and dirty. When you see the facility and the room it's a big shock to go into the bathroom. Bathroom needs a real upgrade
