Tranquilidad y Relax

Elegí este hotel basándome en los comentarios, y puedo decir que todas las personas que trabajan aquí son muy amables y, sobre todo, bilingües. Me sentí como en casa, especialmente durante el desayuno. La atención de la Sra. Dolores siempre fue alegre y sonriente, al igual que la del Sr. Eduardo Caballero, que además es mi compatriota, feliz de conocerlos, atentos a nuestras necesidades. Quisiera sugerir al hotel que reconozca y premie a estos empleados. Hay un dicho que dice: "La vida recompensa de manera extraordinaria a quienes se entregan de manera extraordinaria". El hotel no es solo el edificio y las comodidades materiales que ofrece; son las personas que trabajan ahí las que hacen que los huéspedes deseen regresar. Por favor, consideren premiar a estas personas de manera constante. Cuando se reconoce y recompensa el buen trabajo, la motivación y el desempeño mejoran. Podría ser algo tan sencillo como un día libre pagado, como muestra de aprecio por su dedicación. Me encantaría saber que el hotel valora y reconoce el trabajo excepcional de su personal. Sí, regresaría.

Quizás podrían considerar incluir un poco más de variedad en el desayuno, como huevos sancochados y aguacates (paltas). El desayuno estaba delicioso, pero creo que añadir más opciones sería aún mejor. Por otro lado, lamentablemente, el internet del hotel no llegaba a las habitaciones :( . Sin embargo, no fue un problema para mí, ya que utilizaba mi propio servicio de celular.

Ubicación. Piscina.

El trato del personal. Pésimo. Uno de sus empleados trato mal a mi hijo a la salida de la piscina. Fue grosero. Al llegar uno de sus empleados me dice que una de mis habitaciones habia sido cancelada la reserva. Que solo tenia una. Y de igualmanera no fueron los mas atentos a buscar soluciones. Simplemente nos atendieron groseramente.

It was ok great location

Staff was nice don’t know why I have to pay a 100 hold. The bathroom sink was not draining well, had some rust in it. And also a smell in the bathroom and room.

I will never recommend this hotel

Check in and check out went well

Level of service was abominable. I asked on four occasions over four days to have my safe repaired so that I could use it, but after four requests no one every came to fix the safe. There were burnt out light bulbs in my room.

Didn't hold best western plus standards

The location is perfect, although the rooms facing the streets are too noisy. Pool area seemed clean. Breakfast is very basic but does the job. Adding more healthy options would be good.

Rooms full of molds, not well cleaned, changed rooms twice because the cleanliness was horrible. Last room they're was still dead bees/flys on the carpet, asked for the room to be throughly vacuumed, never happenned. Shower leaked in every single room. Fridge in the room was making extremely loud noises and never got fixed even after 3 request.

Good location

The hotel is short of staff, hence very poor servce. Rooms were not cleaned everyday and it was a hard time to get staff to clean it at all. We were paying full price so, all in all not very good.

The hallways smell, we did see cockaroaches in our bathroom and it's alittle sketchy at night with the nearby crowd.
