I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The location was in close proximity to the sports complex that my son’s games were being held

Upon arrival you could see the trash over flowing outside. Once you entered the building and got on the elevator you could see dead birds on the roof. The water in my room did not get hot. It was luke warm at best. The tv could only get one channel and there were stains on the bedding.

Garbage

Horrible place I paid for an upgrade in my room and I got a dumpy ass room and the sheets weren't even clean

The staff was rude I sit there for 10 minutes and listened to them have a conversation about inappropriate things while I waited to check in right in front of me.

I reserved for a king size mattress and got 2 twins and me and my wife had to sleep separate. Horrible experience. You can hear everybody outside.

Will not EVER be returning

I enjoyed the jets that actually worked in the spa tub in the suite.

I didn't like that you had to force the room to open and close. The balcony door opened easily, but it wouldn't close all the way. When we notified the front desk, they said they would send matinance, but they never showed up. Therefore, the balcony door was partially open all night, which made the room cold. We paid for a premium suite, but there was no snack box in the room like advertised. Also, they have stopped serving breakfast, which is one of the reasons my family and I chose this hotel to begin with. However, we were not told at check-in, nor on the app. When my kids got up to go get breakfast, they were informed they were no longer having breakfast. Also, there were issues with my reservation and being charged twice, I'm still waiting to hear from customer service about that. Finally, they were rude to my children when they asked for extra Towle and blankets to deal with the cold.

Location in proximity to family. The pool lights & flame lights surrounding the pool area offered a relaxing ambiance.

We were very excited when we cooked this hotel for our weekend. Unfortunately looks can be deceiving. Several issues, but the main points of interest were: lack of maintenance/upkeep (busted sections of flooring immediately inside the front door, non functioning elevator button(s) with sign to use the button(s) on opposite side, big cracks along ceilings/walls in room, leak at the sink base on counter with visible mold front left corner, no functioning AC in the dining area), mattress comfort was a major fail, smelly 3rd floor hallway, lack of requests filled or even acknowledged, & little regard for customer satisfaction it seemed.

A nice hotel for a budget price

The location was great. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean as was the lobby. The pool was great! I also enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna. Breakfast in the morning was a fairly typical hotel breakfast buffet. I was traveling by myself, and I did feel very safe.

it’s an older hotel, and it could use some updating, but for the price I paid, I was happy.

Overall stay Was okay.

Said it was a smoke free facility, but there were people smoking cigarettes and pot. Smell was in the air alot. Facility should control that alot better. The breakfast Sunday morning was not very good. They didn't have the product they said they were going to have the previous day.

it didnt meet expectations

the breakfast was outstanding, but that was pretty much it.

didnt get a chance to be in the hot tub, which was our main reason for choosing this hotel. the pool area was so full it wasnt possible for us to enjoy it. it just seemed overbooked.

a lot happening in this place.

the pool space is very nice

it is FREEZING in the pool area like the AC is on FULL blast. so when you get out of the pool it’s cold. the elevators locked my kids and I in it and then took us up and down the whole hotel just trying to get to breakfast.. then had to use the stairs to get back up. it is VERY noisy at night. when you call in noise complaints nothing is done and I mean late 3 AM ? when you have a family the children should be able to sleep. the hot tub was broke even after I called and confirmed before booking. there is bugs in the room. and trash under the beds from other stays. over all its cheep. but kinda nasty.

pool was beautiful but not open while we there—9pm until 9am. relatively good free breakfast.

very loud fan on the wall furnace/air. mattress needs to be replaced. outdated commode in bath-could be replaced and updated for a couple hundred dollars.
