Clean the room.

My family and I stayed in this place for 3 days, we only came to bathe and sleep, two of the three days there was no hot water to bathe and the days were very cold, which caused me to rent another hotel room to bathe to my 82 year old mom. I reported this situation on the 2 occasions they promised a refund of money for the inconvenience and until today after a month and 15 calls to the hotel to remind them of my refund I have never received any refund of money. The room is very dark, small to walk around and the breakfast included is very limited.. I definitely not recommend this places specially if you have family on wheelchair.

I disliked the thin walls. You could hear your neighbors... also the window shades were broken.

beat western used to have big rooms. but I’m general, we survived the two nights ok. the staffs were all nice.

the outlet for coffee maker is dead. we were advised to plug coffee somewhere in room. corners of bed are protruding we always hit our knees. the exhaust in bathroom sounds like a helicopter when turned on. iron is broken we were asked to switch with an empty room.

The bed, shower, WiFi, and lighting were great. The TV was good but the remote control was a hassle. Grocery stores were within a reasonable distance.

I had to leave early so I had to get up early on my last day.

the proximity to my place of interest, the parking and the ease facilities access.

in the corridors of the second floor there was the smell of someone smoking, despite the fact that they offer that it is a smoke-free place

Decent value for the money and short overnight stay.

Pretty basic, but a nice large tv with good variety of channels, working ac and heat, somewhat updated room.

We got had a handicap accessible room, the shower was very weird and hard to manage, could be unique to that room so hopefully the other showers are more manageable. Other breakfast was VERY basic, no real hot food, really just cereal, granola bars, some okay pastries and fruit. The coffee was horrible.

Do not waste your money and find a different place to stay.

Nothing! It was very unsafe and if I was able to find another hotel at the time I would have never checked in.
