Expensive for what you get

We liked having a little kitchen to cook in, we liked how quiet it was for us, and we liked the manager that helped us out

We had issues with an employee that couldn’t seem to answer our questions/concerns accurately on two separate occasions, the room was dirty and my boyfriend completely scrubbed everything before we used anything, the dishwasher didn’t wash anything, and our view was of the roof

Everything was so dirty. There were crumbs every where, including the pull out bed, all kitchen drawers, and the floor. Our socks turned black from the floors, the floors were sticky, and breakfast was bad.

The only downfall was the bed - if you like fluffy/plush beds, this would be perfect for you!

Breakfast options were good - I enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches the most but there was plenty of variety ranging from eggs, fruit, cereal, etc. The room itself was also really great since it had a kitchenette. We only stayed a few nights but this made our stay much nicer since we could make some of our own meals. The room size was perfect for us to set up a pack and play for our toddler and still have room in the space to move around freely.

The bed and pillows were too fluffy for my liking. I ended up being so uncomfortable that I slept without the pillows and really only dozed in and out the entire night.

Comfortable & Quiet 🙂

It was a BUSY night and weekend and the hotel was at capacity. The team was 100% nice from checking Friday nite, to chatting with the front desk and the breakfast room organizer about 10 mins to open to the maintenance guy who spoke about the roads. Kudos!

Stay at Hampton Inn was satisfactory.

I didn’t like the idea of switching us over to the Hampton in on short notice. We had to stay at Hampton in, so I can’t rate the Resdence Inn.

Very pleasant and relaxing. Covid 19 clean.

Breakfast was hot and excellent. Eggs and sausage with many options to choose from outside of the mail course. the location on the north side of city was great. Nice get away from Canal Park.

Good overall - we would have appreciated a more friendly response from the front desk staff.

The room was spacious and organized well. The appliances were excellent. Noise levels were low. We liked the blackout shades. The room and property were very clean. The access to the dog exercise area was excellent.

We left our garbage in the hallway before 2 pm as directed to be picked up. The unit across the hall from us left out their garbage at the same time. Their garbage was picked up but ours was not. We then spoke twice with the front desk staff that night. The first time we spoke (by phone), we were told that the garbage would be picked up shortly. The second time, we went to the front desk and spoke with a desk attendant in person. She informed us that the cleaning staff was very busy and would be picking up our garbage the next day. Yet, the cleaning staff had picked up the garbage from the opposite unit. All of it was in the hallway at the same time. We then had to use our own bag for more garbage as the bag supplied by the hotel was full and there were no extra bags in the unit.
