Awesome place to stay

The bed was perfect. I have back issues and the bed didn't give me any pain.

Just the prices for sodas beer and wine too expensive

Below Marriott's expectations

I was thoroughly disappointed and inconvenienced during my recent stay at a Marriott property a couple of weeks ago. First, I had to go up to another floor to the front desk just to get a luggage cart. After gathering my belongings from my vehicle, I had to manage a cart full of luggage by myself without any hotel staff assistance. Initially, I checked into my room and then retrieved my belongings from the car, as I prefer to inspect the room assigned to me for the two-night stay. Unfortunately, upon entering, I noticed a strong smoke smell despite my family not being smokers. I returned to the front desk to request a room change, which they accommodated, placing us on the floor with the front desk, which was much better. However, the problems didn't end there. The new room lacked Wi-Fi, and the TV repeatedly turned off and on while I was trying to watch a soccer match. When I brought these issues to a manager, her response was dismissive and rude, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. When I mentioned the Wi-Fi problem, she simply provided a number to call, which I felt was inadequate. It's frustrating to pay for services like Wi-Fi and encounter such issues, especially when the hotel's response was unhelpful and unprofessional. As a longtime Marriott Bonvoy member, this was by far my worst experience. The hotel needs to improve its customer service if they want to retain loyal customers like myself.

24/7 Empfang und sehr freundlich. Für Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet. Frühstück ist okay. Hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Good value for the size of rooms.

Clean, friendly staff, and breakfast was pretty good just chaotic and ran out of things quickly.

The pool and jacuzzi were closed due to maintenance and the kids were extremely disappointed since they were excited to swim.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had plenty of amenities. The beds were very comfortable and having shower supplies like shampoo, conditioner and body wash is an added bonus.Bathroom was well stocked

The breakfast was satisfactory. It would have been nice to see a non pork option for sausage or bacon.The cheese in the scrambled eggs was a nice touch. Would have like to see a fresh fruit option and bagel and cream cheese.

Excellent value and extras

Free breakfast, free parking, even free laundry services. Most places want to add fees and charge you for everything. Not Springhill Suites. The rooms were also spacious and had that extra pull out couch plus the separate office area so the family could spread out.

We could hear the loud neighbors in the room next door playing music and blasting the TV. Walls are kind of thin.

My stay was exactly as I would have expected. Very pleasant, enjoyable, comfortable.

The check-in was fast and complete, and the girl was very pleasant and helpful. Room was great. Clean, comfortable, very enjoyable.

Overall, the room was spacious but lacked in cleanliness.

I liked how comfortable the beds were. Very soft and fluffy.

Though the bed was comfortable, the beddings had a distinct smell to it(in a bad way). Even after house keeping came to remake beds, the smell was still there. The sofa had hard stains on it. The room was very dusty at arrival. My partner and I allergies were uncontrollable the entire stay. The bathroom had water bubbles in wall. I saw two roaches and a spider in the shower while there. The room felt very “icky” so we had to turn on the AC to keep the room cold so it won’t have that humid feel in the room.

Great price and location

Great central location! Shopping and attractions were all less than 30 minutes drive.

The pool and hot tub was closed. The mattress need to be replaced or flipped. Room had a mildew smell. But I would return.

Pleasant

The location was great.

The pool was not open, and I called beforehand to make sure it was and was told yes, but the hot tub wasn't. When we arrived to check in a few days later, the pool was not operable. That was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel. The room also had many water stains on the ceiling. If I were to come back to the area, I would stay somewhere else.

I like that the room was spacious

I didn't like that our toilet handle was broke so the toilet barley flushed and when it did it was hard to flush. I also didn't like the breakfast because none of the tables were cleaned off and the only thing decent was the waffle maker which had a line because everyone wanted one. I told the worker about the toilet, and she said the people can't fix it on the weekends but if you knew the toilet was messed up why didn't you switch the room for me out of curtsey.
