5 Days at Best Western.

Breakfast, cleaned, coffee and tea all day if needed plus fresh water and the microwave near the lobby was a bonus incase you want a meal if you dont wish to go to a restauran. I would stay again for sure.

I would of liked the hotel to also offer dinner services that you could pay for. But Breakfast included with the hotel was great too.

Es ist ein altes Hotel. Die Lage ist gut, wir wollten in der Nähe vom Flughafen übernachten. Preisleistung stimmt.

Es ist alles sehr alt. Unser Zimmer war direkt neben der Eismaschine und das man die halbe Nacht gehört

Ganz schlimm!!!

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Wir fanden es einfach nur schrecklich. Überall schlechter Geruch, alles total dreckig und ungepflegt, der Teppich einfach nur grauenhaft. 😖 wir sind nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist. Bitte sucht euch was schöneres - von uns absout keine Empfehlung!

I very satisfied with my stay at the best western.

I liked the breakfast I got full I went to a few places to eat but the breakfast was good so I appreciate what the best western hotel had to offer further I rested well.

Exceptional

Staff was fantastic and very accomodating on both of our stays, beginning and end of our trip. They were super helpful in anything we needed, and they also were able to get us into our room a little early. Much appreciated! The pool was very clean and a relaxing break from the heat!

Wouldn’t stay here again

When we checked in the lobby and halls stunk! The room as well. I had to buy febreze and microban the next day to disinfect and make the room smell good! Also carpet throughout very old needs to be cleaned or replaced!

Charged twice!?!? Good breakfast!

The hotel had a nice breakfast for the price. Hot food and grab and go food.

Using booking.com, I was charged through Best Western twice. The staff stated it would be done once. I don't understand why they didn't see this. The room had stains all over and an odor of mold.

Centrally located, relatively clean.

The hotel is old and needs an upgrade. The room was big, but it echoed, and we could hear everything from the hallway. There was also a huge red stain on the carpet

Stay literally anywhere else in the world

General manager was a dick. We called at 10 am and spoke with him to see if we could check in early and he said the earliest he could do was 1:00, we arrived at 1:45 and there wasn’t a room available. The only thing he said was “well I don’t know why someone would have told you that because we’re entirely booked and the rooms aren’t ready until 3:00 as stated on your confirmation. If I have a clean double bed room, I could give you that, but they’re all booked so you’ll just have to wait until your room is ready.” He didn’t apologize for lying to us, nor did he attempt to see if there were any rooms that were ready (keeping in mind it’s only 1.25 hours until all of the rooms are supposed to be ready for check in). The rooms weren’t very clean when we got in, the beds weren’t very comfortable, and the cleaning people changed the thermostat when we left so every day when we got back the room was hot. It was in an unsafe part of Tampa as well. 0/10. I will never stay here again.
