Overall a nice stay.

Breakfast was ok. Would prefer different choices on consecutive days. Pool need some attention.

Same breakfast on consecutive days. Didn't swim as pool didn't look clean.

Breakfast was awesome! Dont plan on the pool 🤦🏽‍♀️

Breakfast was great! Beds were comfy and pillows were nice!

The pool had been puked in and my kids didn’t get a chance to use it. We made sure it was going to be available before we checked in. Cleaning should have been done before the next day.

Convenient and comfortable.

The location was ideal for our purposes and the hotel was updated and appealing. I really liked the comfort of the bed. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding and all of the employees were very accommodating.

They didn't change my reservation from 4 days to 2 days when i called to change it and charged me for the extra nights, which i am still waiting to be reimbursed for. The tiles on the bathroom floor were lose and if you stepped just right it would pinch your foot. At 9am on check out day, which check out was 11 am, the cleaning people just opened the door and started to come in when they realized we were still there and had the privacy sign up. And for a family of 4 they only had 2 towels in the room. I had to ask for more from the cleaning lady who didnt speak english at all. Pool was small for the amount of people. And the outlets were faulty. They would only work for a short period of time and then they would quit. Only found 1 outlet in the whole room that actually worked

I got down there at 930am on Sunday, and most of the food was gone. Nothing was replenished. No ice for drinks

My bathroom had dirty cobwebs in the corner of the bathroom by the sink. and the dryer did not work

I was very disappointed in this hotel. It looked amazing on the pictures when we arrived it was not

The breakfast was good, and the location of the hotel was good

My room is very unclean. Our sheets had yellow stains on them. Our sink did not drain in the bathroom sink.

Disgusting manners and pool

My major trouble was the pool which was the primary reason for choosing this location. There were about a dozen young kids from what looked like a traveling sports team. They brought in pizzas, beer, and more. Accompanying adults were shameless and blatantly refused the no food policy, and the front desk was not helpful and refused tall to them even though I directly brought up this concern. With kids going in and out of water with food, the water quickly became so filthy and unsanitary.

Worth it for it being a middle scale hotel, a few easy changes would make a difference.

It was easy to check in and we liked that we were able to park on the side our room was on and go in through the side door to quickly access our room. We also liked how long breakfast went on for and that they were putting our fresh food shortly before it ended. A lot of places I’ve stayed their breakfast was over quite early and they stopped putting out fresh food an hour before.

The bed looked really comfy but I woke up with a really sore neck and back. I think additional pillows in the closets would have helped with that. There was only a blanket. Also the little shampoo and conditioner bottles were the tiniest things I’ve ever seen and I was fighting with them to get any out at all. Lastly, I spilled a little water on the floor so I grabbed a hand towel and wiped it up and the towel was left black with dirt. The floor wasn’t cleaned. In a while.

Never again

They had Karen 's working for them. They were extremely rude. The Floor was dirty. The shower was horrible, the hot water went in and out. It was just the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

The manager was rude and short with me when I asked for help with the tv, that would not turn on. The landscape was well taken care of.

Exactly what I needed.

This visit was very pleasant. The size of the room was perfect and the hotel staff not only allowed me to extend my stay an extra night, but provided late check-out due to flight departure delays. I would stay here again!

It would have been nice to have a rug in the room instead of just hardwood floors as the floor was cold.

I had a very satisfying well served stay for work.

The breakfast is advertised as starting at 6:AM, but the staff, aware of their guests needs such as construction workers leaving at 6:AM, have breakfast ready at 5:AM. That tells me that they are truly concerned about their guests. Also, they have incredibly honest hotel housekeeping staff. I brought an old Amazon Firestick with me hoping to connect it and stream some preferred shows. Unfortunately my Firestick was defective so I tossed it in the trash. The next day when I returned to the hotel room, the staff had pulled it out of the trash and neatly left it on the counter. You don’t find that kind of honesty in the majority of places. I will be returning as long as I am working at OSU.

It was a comfortably convenient stay.

The room was comfortable and kept clean & neat. The location was convenient. Overall it was a good experience and would stay there again. The breakfast was good and I appreciated the complimentary lunch items they had out for us. I would say it is a good fit for a family that is traveling, affordable yet decent accommodations.

My room had several cracked tiles in the entry & bathroom area. Also the floor over by the wardrobe was noticeably worn out where the padding under the laminate floor was apparently sunken. But those were really minor issues. Not enough to really raise a fuss about.

Sleepless Night!

I like that we were close by to the activity we were doing.

Not sure if it was the bed or the pillows that made for a long night of tossing and turning. I do know the pillows sucked. And the nightstand on my side needed to be wiped down from the stay before us. And the remote too. Looked like someone was eating chocolate with the remote, at least I hope it was chocolate and not something else...

I was like being at home. Everything was clean and inviting. The staff were incredible and knowledgeable.

The bed was very stiff and hard to sleep on.
