We came on a short week's vacation visiting friends. Perfect location, including to airport!

Stayed before. Clean room, friendly and acommodating staff. Nice bar tender ;)

Breakfast was not good at all I once stayed at SpringHill in Canada and it was way better and the breakfast was fantastic, that is the reason why I chose SpringHill in Indianapolis but only the room matches that one, the rest, no.

Breakfast and the atmosphere, not friendly at all.

Disappointing

The staff was nice. The breakfast was good.

The rooms we had both had issues. The first, the TV didn't work. The second, the air didn't work.

Perfect hotel... not such great other guests!!

The room was very nice, most nicest hotel. I stayed in a very long time.

Floor 3, above me, the family allowing their kids to run the halls long after midnight.

rooms were very comfortable and well arranged and well appointed - my son forgot an hdmi cable for his Xbox but you had one. the bathroom showers were excellent so much better than most.

no soda machines on floors breakfast on weekdays ends at 9 - too soon for an exhausted family

We booked a room with two queen beds. The layout of the room and furniture created a separate living room space. Very comfortable, very clean. They even have an LED lighted mirror in the restroom. All for about $200 less than comparable hotels.

It would be nice if they had a hot tub. Although the pool was very clean, and we did enjoy swimming.

Our stay was ok but probably won’t stay here again.

The location was good.

The bed was extremely hard. The pillows were flat as can be. The breakfast was the same thing everyday. The tv in the sitting area didn’t work and the maintenance person never came to look at it.

nice staff, even though there was a leak, they communicated well with me and let me use another bathroom. They also let me check in early.
