I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Location

No pool, no ice, no WIFI, not a lot of handicap parking. We stayed in a handicap room. The tub was not handicap accessible because it was very slippery. Staff were not friendly.

Toilets was dirty staff was rude want stay there again

It was in a good location and around lots of places to eat

They didn’t let people know there pool wasn’t working till you already paid. My air conditioner went out but they did change my rooms and I had poop stains all in my toilet were the housekeepers didn’t clean the bathrooms very good. The staff was very rude to me when they charged me for 3 rooms but my money did appear back into my account once I let it be known

I would stay again.

Good convenient location. Friendly staff. Breakfast as advertised. As a bonus, they have multiple EV charging stations ( I do not not own an EV, so I can't say how operational they are).

Some construction going on in the area.

Room was clean, little to no noise from other rooms, and the breakfast was good

The breakfast selection and I was on the first floor.

They're pool was closed and they were under remodeling and had construction stuff outside in the front. My bedroom was out dated and the bed felt like springs was coming through and it squeaky.

It was fine - I'd stay here again.

Very clean. Staff was appropriately friendly. Large room with vanity outside of the bathroom and plenty of USB and power outlets. Very quiet. Even though the hotel is located by the Interstate and it was rather full, we never heard outside noise.

Breakfast area was small for the size of the hotel...therefore it was too packed to find a seat, and there really wasn't anything you could grab and go. The AC in the room worked fine but it felt muggy (summer in TN I guess, but a dehumidifier would have helped). Surge pricing (which I'm not complaining about), but with the high TN taxes it came out to $190 for a Saturday night. Would have given it an 8 out of 10 if it was $150ish.

Overall great experience and friendly staff.

Breakfast was great. The worker was very good at keeping everything stocked and fresh. Very friendly.

The room was great and the bathroom had lots of room. However I feel That the handicap rails in the bathtub/shower need a grip finish on them because they were very slick when wet.

I wasnt feeling well when i got here my sugar was low. When i got out to my car, i called and the girl at front desk came out helped me get to me room. Even called later to check on me!

Walls are too thin. Didnt sleep good at all because every sound was like it was in my room

It is a good hotel to stay at for the location and the money.

The Breakfast was good and the staff was always very nice.

They need to check the rooms a little better. My tv had a line down the screen and I had an outlet that was so worn out I couldn't plug anything into it. The beds were harder than I liked. Overall I would stay there again.

Overpriced for what it is.

Clean bedding and bath towels.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned well, the toilet was not secured to the floor and shifted around when under pressure. The room didn't have curtains to completely block the view from the outside window. The cost was high.

Good. Staying there again in a few months.

Comfortable. Good parking, enough room for trailers.

During a heavy rain, the hotel next door flooded, almost 3 feet deep water covered their whole parking lot. This hotel’s lot was dry, but the drain off from the flooded parking lot had to be forded in order for us to leave.
