Good option when visit SPI

Breakfast was delicious and hotel it’s located in a very nice area

The beach bar Barry’s building killed all the beautiful view of the beach. Air conditioning was very cold inside the lobby

Nice view, Frozen pool

The proximity to the beach. My view of the Gulf. Breakfast was good.

#1. The pool was not heated. It was unusable. Ridiculous for the amount of money I paid. #2 Night time front desk person was very rude. We called for extra linens, and an hour later they didn't show up. Called back down and they said I would have to go to the front desk to retrieve them. She was absolutely rude and unprofessional when I got downstairs. I had to tell her multiple times to calm down. #3 When I arrived, I received a room with a broken toilet.

We were comfortable.

The rooms were roomy. The restaurant and the shop were very reasonable. Good parking, pool area, and deck leading to Barry’s.

No luggage cart available when we got there, so we had to wait a long time to unload our luggage and go to our room. We asked again and were told that they couldn’t find one. We asked if anyone could help us get our luggage, but they said No. Eventually, they found one. The roll in shower was great but a fold out seat would have made it perfect. There weren’t extra blankets for the pull out couch.

Amazing spring break trip with kids

Super clean, beach access, beautiful location. Pool was fun and large with great areas for kids.

I asked the front desk about breakfast and she told me they did not have complimentary breakfast at the hotel available and encouraged me to purchase at Starbucks. Only to find out they did have breakfast and I had it included in my stay. So we lost out on breakfast for 4 of us and instead spent $50 at Starbucks. She didn’t even ask me for my room or reservation number to let me know about breakfast nor told me that north of the border had breakfast to purchase.

Comfortable, fun, had everything we needed there.

Loved the restaurant, it was clean, housekeeping was on top of refreshes, location was awesome!

Only thing I will complain about is no complimentary breakfast.

Disappointing

Very disappointed I was recommended to stay here and I am older myself and husband and our rooms were stated that it’s disability as we are both hurt from our legs. Our shower would flood every morning and it was said to the front desk they said they would fix the problem and never did the next morning was the same issue!! This is a huge issue because these rooms are for disability we could’ve fallen and hurt ourselves or worse and staff didn’t seem to care of the danger they are putting people in. I am a Hilton honors and have been for many years and this was my worst experience ever on the island

Air Conditioner was out for almost 2 days... Contacted front desk the 1st day and the sent maintenance to repair. 5 minutes later they said it was fixed. My family and I left the room and came back to a room at 80 degrees 6 hours later. They only refunded for one day and I demanded 2 days.

I loved the proximity to the beach! Clayton's was a few doors down.

I wish that I had a room with a view. I booked it online but the room did not have an ocean, view however the view we had was nice! There were only 3 lights in the room and the 2 near the bed are reading lamps.

Our room was very clean including our bed sheets, towels, bathroom and just the right size to enjoy. Beach just walking distance and pool so nice. Definitely staying again and recommended.
