Probably won't be back. Pricy for whats offered

The pool is nice. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean.

There was no hot water for the first day I was there. The breakfast needs improvement. The sausage served is basically a sweet hot dog, and multiple of us were disappointed that this was the only meat offered. No bacon or sausage either day. Same last stay. Really disappointing. The room was quite small, the cost was 353 for 2 nights, plus 150 deposit on top of it. This wasnt a 150$ room. It was worn and small. They also have signs for a whirlpool, which doesn't exist. The main draw is the indoor year round pool, without it, I wouldn't even consider this place, its not worth it.

A quick one night stop. Slept well but was missing a decent breakfast and a bar.

The rooms are big. The pool looked nice even though I did not have time to enjoy it. Bed was comfortable.

It was very dark overall. Almost spooky with the outdated style. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing to eat if you wanted any healthy options. Can’t either understand why a big Inn like this can’t have at least a bar or even a restaurant..?!

Me my husband and our 2 boys had a blast especially with the indoor pool and complimentary breakfast was amazing 9.5 out of 10 recommend for families they also have suites with jacuzzi treat yourselves! 💯

Me and my husband and kids loved it out staff was great everything was clean and most importantly we had a blast 😁

The best hotel in the area! Staff is wonderful, super pet friendly and great breakfast!!

Very busy on the weekends, so the noise level definitely increases. Mostly families with kids playing travel sports.

Zoals altijd een verblijf in Hampton Inn is eigenlijk altijd goed.

Hampton Inn is "no surprises, always good" Ook hier goede kamers, en heel behulpzaam personeel. Het is niet de nieuwste vestiging , maar de kamers zijn prima. Prima ligging aan de snelweg, dus eenvoudig te bereiken, maar geen last van verkeerslawaai.

Ontbijt is het standaard USA-hotel ontbijt, met veel carb. Een beetje gezonder zou leuk zijn. Inloggen bij Wifi by Hampton met een lastige achternaam is een uitdaging , handiger zou zijn om direct de code te krijgen.

How well kept it is and very clean. It’s so close to eateries , there a good variety of places to eat . Very close distance. Location is perfect!

I can’t say anything it was just a perfect stay. But during breakfast you should offer medium to dark roast coffee the light coffee it’s very light for my taste .

Excellent manager at the desk, pool and hot tub were not working. Call before you book

The desk clerk was very nice and tried to accommodate us when we heard the pool was closed and they got rid of the hot tub. Those were the 2 amenities that had us come back every year. I think they need to invest in putting in a new hot tub to compete with other hotels around.

Very comfortable and clean room - Wonderful staff!

There was a problem with my Booking.com reservation. Tracy at the front desk was wonderful!!! She told me what to do and held our room until we could get the problem solved. She was also helping another customer with a problem when I got there, but still was a very positive, friendly person throughout both problems. We needed extra linens and they came promptly. Room nice and clean. Breakfast very good.

Very quiet, very clean and very friendly staff. We stayed there with a 3-month-old baby on the way home, and we rested really well. The elevators are huge, so we had no issues navigating with a stroller. The bed was super comfortable, and the hotel overall is clean and well maintained.

The only issue was that a/c was blowing directly to the bed with no possibility to adjust it. We set the stroller on the way, and it redirected the flow.

The room needs a makeover. The sofa was pretty shabby. There was no water in the room. I had to pay $4 at the desk for it. Breakfast was OK. Coffee was eh.

Rip Off!!

Failed to honor the rate quoted by Booking. Quote was $117 per night. Actual was $153 first night and $212 second, plus traxes and fees adding up to $365 for the two nights.

It's the second time I stay in this hotel coming from Italy (first time in 2019) with my Family, this time only with my youngest son. Very helpful and kind staff. Upon arrival we were greeted with cookies and water. Good breakfast and sufficient variety of choice between sweet and savory (delicious the "Western Style Omelets", I attach photos)

worn bedroom furniture as well as for the bathroom with old bathtub and shower. The heating fan coil was very noisy and at night it was necessary to turn it off due to the noise it made and which did not make me sleep. in 2019 I had a much better experience in this hotel from this point of view, probably this time I was unlucky and got one of the worst rooms available. the ceiling also had a large spot, like a touch up / paint patch, obviously bringing out an old paint job. Waking up at night due to the fan coil, there was however one positive thing, that of being able to admire a sunrise with beautiful colors from the window of the room, I attach photos

Room was clean.

Room only had one trashcan which was in the bathroom only. Frustrating when your sharing a room with 5 people. Pool was dirty. The water was really cloudy. Morning breakfast was good but tables were dirty. I couldn't find staff so I could clean the tables off before sitting down to get. Both mornings of our stay.

Staff was wonderful. Rooms were comfy. The hotel manager needs to address mechanical issues.

The lady at the front desk had EXCELLENT people skills! My daughter’s heater was broken in her room and they came and fixed it promptly!

Pool water was GREEN, tile around pool had a literal dirt ring but it was warm as bath water. Hot tub broken and drained. Hallways were freezing! They were colder than outside!

Every time I come to Jersey I stay at this hotel only because it’s the nicest and closest to my family that lives in the area. Always clean and everyone is always professional.

There really isn’t anything that I don’t like about this property.
