Need to be improved..

The location

Very noise at night, the neighbors guests talked loudly at 2am on the corridor. We called the staff a couple of times, but the situation didn’t changed. And the WiFi didn’t work at all in our room.

Not what I was expecting!

The outside pool and area around it was nice . The location is within walking distance to the lake .

The inside pool had a terrible smell of chlorine and it’s very small. The room was extremely small for being a suite. Most of the staff didn’t speak English so it was difficult to communicate with them. Most concerning was someone was able to get a key to my room just by giving some basic information about me. Luckily it was someone I knew but it’s definitely concerning.

Nice ,but a little far from town

Rooms were clean and neat.. Restaurant looked very nice, didn't eat there so I don't know anything about the food.

I little to far from the center of town. You need to walk up a hill to get back to the hotel from the town.

At the first night we had supper slow internet, as from 2000s and stuff couldn't really help any how, it was very disappointing that we couldn't watch a movie. Everything else was ok

Lil getaway

Nice atmosphere, clean area Restaurant is a plus Very staff and delicious food Great location

Had lower level room...lots of room doors slamming. Cars doors.. Entrance door..kids playing in hallway Don't get me wrong I love kids but I teach then *quiet while walking thru places at certain time frames* Bathroom shower door slides open when showering 😱 Toilet seat was loose.. Other wise great place

Overall a Nice Stay. Went for my Daughter for her 40th and did Enjoy our Stay

The Breakfast was very Good, But we didn't get everything we Ordered. Three Ham and cheese Omelettes with Toast, Two Eggs with Sausage and toast, an OJ and (3) Coffee and (1) pancake that we didn't get cost Us...$71.00. Very Pricey

The name, the food was good in the restaurant but it was expensive.

Exit doors left ajar all day and night. the pool was far away from the rooms. Door jam missing screws. No pots or pans. Junk coffee pot. It was like they remodeled in 1987 and then never put another nickel into the place and just exploited the great location.

would recommend for a trip to Lake George. good location to the village and other attractions

because it is off-season (after Labor Day), it seemed there were not a lot options for dining on site except for breakfast

location was good. place was clean and staff was friendly

The flooring around the indoor pool. Two kids with me were hurt from the floor including bleeding from scraping and brushing on Toes ankles knees.

I was sold on an image of a Tiki Resort Instead it turned out to be a Motel no Tiki's The pool was dirty, rooms were dirty, Floors were stick and the was a smell

overall my wife and I both enjoyed it and if we go back to lake george we might stay there again.

indoor pool was perfect, outdoor pool needed a little work.

only one had any idea about the area was the bartender and she was awesome. front desk didn't know anything about what to do where to eat.

The bed was awful. There was a huge divot in the mattress and was difficult to sleep on.
