Excellent Hotel - Breakfast place awful

Very clean and the location.

The hotel staff provided us $10 credit to eat breakfast at “Napa General Store” and when going for breakfast at this place an individual by the name DREW treated us very rude and nasty. We decided to go somewhere else for breakfast because we didn’t have the time and energy to deal with miserable individuals like DREW. Her disgusting attitude ruined our morning. DREW needs to check her mental health. Big THANK YOU to check in desk BRIAN and bell desk JONATHAN and his trainer.

Location was nice but the room was old and a bit smelly. Furniture was old and need updating .

For the price we paid the room could have been a lot nicer.

Prijeten hotel v čudovitem delu Nape

Lokacija hotela je odlična, na robu mesta, ob reki, v čudovitem okolju. Soba je zelo lepo opremljena, prav za vse je poskrbljeno. Tudi aparat za kavo je v sobi in vsak dan dostavijo nove kavne kapsule, kar mi je veliko pomenilo. Za zajtrk smo dobili bone v omejeni vrednosti, ki smo jih lahko koristili v lokalu, ki je v sklopu hotela in ima dobro ponudbo. Nismo imeli balkona, ima pa hotel lepe skupne terase opremljene z mizami in stoli.

Motila nas je le slaba zvočna izoliranost, saj se sliši loputanje vrat, govor iz hodnika, pa tudi okna ne preprečujejo vdora hrupa od zunaj. Naša soba je bila obrnjena na cesto in smo ves čas slišali promet, kar je moteče.

We had the best time we've ever had in Napa!

Sweetie Pie was great! Room was very comfortable. It was also spacious. Internet worked perfectly (which doesn't always happen in hotels.) Room was clean.

Could have been more electrical outlets. You have several available but we seem to have so many electrical devices. Room was a little warm. Tried to cool it down but really wasn't able to get it down below 68.

Pick your stay based on your desired activities!!

Good location. Convenient to town but quite a drive from the wineries we visited.

Very expensive for amenities offered & room with no view. We were out in a very dark room by the elevator. Room was dated and furniture was falling apart.

Great location for exploring Napa and Sonoma

Room with great view and balcony overlooking the river but an odd shape because of the shape of the building. Well equipped and we went to Sweetie Pies and were able to get granola, yogurt and berries as well as fruit juice rather than pastries. Plenty of parking outside and the hotel provided a voucher so no charge. Easy walking distance from the centre and good choice of restaurants.

Some noise in the evening from the restaurant next door but it closed at 10pm and we did stay over the weekend.

The plumbing in our bathroom! The toilet cistern was broken and it was only because my partner was able to fix it himself, three times, that we were able to flush. And the hot tap over the basin was loose/broken as well and kept dripping

Loved sweetie pies it was the best would recommend based on friendliness and location and ease

Love this property it’s super pretty and cute and historical. Room was a really nice size but our bed was a double I thought I booked either a queen or a king so that was annoying. It a really large room which for the 6 days we were there was good but it could definitely use an updatee

Loved it. Very quaint. Extremely clean. Loved the General Store Restaurant and the pastries.

Loved the location. Could walk to restaurants, pubs, shops. Location was perfect for our visit.

The room was very nice, but the bathroom was quite small and the doors did not close properly and had a gap. I never felt like the bathroom gave me privacy. There was very little room to open the bathroom door if someone was using the vanity outside the bathroom. Next time I would book a larger room if I am able to. The room itself and amenities were very nice though.

Lovely historic hotel in a great location!

Great location near the Uptown Theatre. Easy walking distance to shops. Beautiful area, love the historic buildings, friendly staff, breakfast pastries included, wine tasting in the evening.

only issue I had was with the in room TV. I called the front desk and received service right away.

Beautiful building, friendly staff and excellent location. The slippers, robe and breakfast goodies from Sweeties was a lovely touch.

PERFECT location in heart of very walkable Napa with amazing restaurants/shopping.

Loved the breakfast voucher for Sweetie Pie. Location is amazing - walked to everything in Napa. Ate at Angele next door and many other nearby restaurants, couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay!
