Suite was good, beds very comfortable, staff very friendly.

Location

Beds were dirty Both tvs didn't work They never disclosed the pool was down for reservations and that the pool would be across the way at their sister hotel Hilton garden Inn. With cold water Our car battery died and no front desk even tried to assist or offer just to sit in the lobby with 2 small kids. We want to the sister hotel they were so kind and respectful and jumped us with no issue even offered for is to stay in the lobby until we got service.

Average at best. Cleanliness was a huge issue.

Great staff.

The hotel was dirty. There was a baseball tournament league staying too, which were loud and obnoxious. I get the staff can't do anything about that, but they did leave trash and food everywhere that should have been cleaned. In the halls, in the lobby, outside, etc. It was kinda gross. Upon arrival, we were greeted appropriately and the staff was nice. Right away after we got to the room I noticed a large urine stain on the bed. Just GROSS. I don't know how housekeeping could have missed it. The front desk staff was great and replaced it, but it made me feel uneasy about the hotel's cleanliness. The hot tub initially didn't work, but that was fixed promptly the next day. I'd give our stay a 5/10 and that's being generous.

We were on the pet floor and when we checked in on Sunday,there was a bag of trash by our door,,,,,it was there when we left Tuesday and the hall smelled of dog poop from the trash and it came in to our room,,,,,it was ripe,,,,,

A great short stay

The King suite was amazing. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very nice. The pool area was clean and stocked. The kitchenette was clean and fully stocked with pots and pans and needed items. And beds were comfortable.

The cell service was bad plus no free WiFi. But that's all Hiltons. The breakfast wasn't good, the sausages were boiled and the potatoes were not baked or fried hard enough. It tasted ok. Also, it wasn't stocked fast enough but that could be a staffing issue.

We stay at Hilton properties the majority of the time, this one just didn't meet our expectations.

Breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular was expected but was hoping for a little more from a "Hilton" property and while the young lady was trying her best ( and a whole lot of cudos !!! for her ambition and desire (non existant elsewhere these days)) she was just missing the mark w/ her efforts and keeping suppies up. Suite was comfortable & roomy. Recreation facilities were plentiful and the pool area looked clean.

Everything appeared to be clean but when we opened the linen bag for pull out couch the fleece blanket was flea infested. I'm totally fine w/ pet friendly and also understand that 'cover blankets' & top covers usually do not get washed every time, but checks & balances still have to be employed. Carpets are due for a good steam cleaning. The elevators were not only very dirty (especially the back one) but irritateably slow. Worse was there was no stairway near the back elevator (across from our room), I wondered what would happen in case of a fire. I'm confident that the 'lump' I saw in the adjacent hall way was construction mud but looked eerily close to dog feces, it remained during our entire stay; never removed or picked up...

It was a decent place. There is room for improvement and updates.

great location, bedroom separate from living room and kitchen, pool on site, continental breakfast.

there was lots of trash, cigarette butts on the grounds outside. my dog ate something and ended up sick. while it is a pet friendly hotel, they did not have a designated area for dogs or a gates area for them to roam free that was safe for them. the dishes that were in the dishwasher were not clean prior to my visit.

Staff were rude in checkin. I was in town for a funeral and she couldn’t find the reservation. I had to change the date due to arrangements changing but did so prior to check in and in the days allotted (two days advance). She questioned if I “even booked here”. It started the stay off on bad footing. She did find the reservation and I was checked in in time

We really enjoyed our staycation. We will definitely keep them in mind for our next staycation.

The privacy and the cleanliness of the room. The comfort of the bed was awesome. The noise level was excellent it was very peaceful and relaxing.

The hot tub was out of order most of the time. That was one reason we booked there. But overall everything was great. The closet was off the track so we couldn't use but we notified the front desk before we left.

I do like how big and comfortable place is. It's pricy but the bed was comfy and I rested well. That's very valuable.
