Beyond HORRIBLE!

This hotel refused to accommodate my handicapped children. They would not give us a room on the bottom floor, even though both children use wheelchairs.. They also refused to cancel our reservation so we could stay at a different hotel. The shower was clogged upon arrival. When the sink was clogged, they left it clogged for 15 HOURS after handing me a plunger to try to unclog it myself. Beyond HORRIBLE! Claimed they did not know how to print a receipt for me upon checkout.

I will go to a 5 star hotel next time

Dirty bathroom and ceiling was chipped. When asked for another room , I was denied. Sheets were not changed due to staining and towels were awful. I am so disgusted with that hotel.

Bathroom was filthy, refrigerator was sticky, sheets were stained. How can management do that to customers.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! COCKROACHES AND Horrible customer service.

I liked the staff on Friday, May 28th when we checked in. Beyond that everything was absolutely horrible.

Our room was infested with cockroaches. The walls were paper thin, we could hear our neighbors having sex all night. There were stains on the comforters, green smears on the mirror, and the toilet didn’t seem to flush properly. The staff member, I later found out she is a manager though I still don’t know her name, that was working on Saturday, May 29 around 5:20 PM was absolutely horrible to me. She repeatedly yelled at me and argued with me when I wasn’t even asking for a refund or anything, I was attempting to let her know that the room had cockroaches. She interrupted me a lot and several times made me feel like she did not care about my concerns at all. She yelled at me when I told her I wasn’t trying to argue, just letting her know of the issues and trying to check out. And I found out when I got home that I was charged full price for the stay in addition to an $86 cancellation fee. Again, I did not ask for a refund, but I also did not expect to be charged an $86 cancellation fee when I had already paid for the full price of the stay. Nobody is getting back to me, seems like nobody really cares about this situation at all. Ultimately, we chose not to stay there because we had our 3 1/2 year old with us and cockroaches combined with nasty neighbors combined with dirty hotel just doesn’t rest well.

Location was alright, to where we had to go. Room was excellent. Workers were great, friendly.

Parking lot was not able to discharge water from rains, water standing ankle deep. Also the refrigerator in room didn't work.

The sheets were dirty, there were some very suspicious stains in multiple places in the room. There was no fridge or microwave which is a pretty basic amenity I would think.

There was absolutely nothing to like

We did not stay the night. We lasted about a minute and the odor from people smoking made it unbearable. We should've known when the rude clerk gave us a can of glade and began to explain where all to spray in room and bed

Everything....it is a Motel not a Hotel...there was one ice machine located out by the pool and it didn't work.... you had to have a card put into a slot in the room in order to have electricity...I specified a non smoking room and got a smoking room, they would not swap rooms due to having booked my room through booking.com.... toilet kept clogging, bathroom door wouldn't shut properly..it was a horrible stay... do not stay here... everything good on the site is a lie

Like it was available and the front desk lady was really nice. A/C worked well.

The toilet lid was broke. No soap or shampoo after being told it was ready to go.
